+ -1 moreGood quality roofing work. Total job lasted for 5 days (about 25 squares). A small job such as mine could have been accomplished in less time. Much of the time, contractor relied upon only one person to install new shingles. With two or more roofing installers working consistently together, the job could have been finished much sooner. *** The contractor failed to keep my unprotected roof dry (old shingles had been removed), during a sudden rainstorm. Multiple leaks occurred through the new paper into the attic and into the blown insulation. Contractor immediately responded by chasing leaks from the rooftop, during the storm, as opposed to immediately covering the roof with tarpaulins. I removed and replaced total attic blown insulation, afterwards, as a result.
Description of Work: Removal of original shingles and paper. Installation of new paper and shingles.
