They were very efficient, on time and quick. We just moved into this house. As we were hooking up my dryer to their vent I noticed a lot of lint come out. I was so glad I found these guys. Will hire them again in 2 years!

The service technician, Raoul, was amazing in accomplishing the herculean job of moving the dryer and professionally cleaning the dryer vent and surrounding area. I definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of dryer vent cleaning.

They did a great job. I got the deep cleaning. There was lint all over the place. They spent more than an hour with a large, powerful vacuum and disassembled the dryer. Now it looks like a brand new dryer and is drying better. They did a great job!! Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

That was to replace a freezer/ice maker motor.

Excellent work by Erwin and Freddy. I called on Saturday morning. They scheduled service the next day (Sunday). Was surprised they work on Sundays without a surcharge (bc if there were a surcharge, I'd have waited until the week. It wasn't an emergency.). They cleaned the vent out. Re-attached everything just fine. Even gave me some tips on how to maintain my washer and dryer.

Needed to order parts and that took a few days. New parts were installed and unit operated as expected.

The tech arrived timely. I was advised the cost to complete the repair would be $500 and I would probably be better off economically just buying a new unit. My problem is they did absolutely zero diagnostic testing to identify the problem. They did not take the unit off the mounting bracket to inspect nor did they put any diagnostic equipment on the unit to evaluate the problem with precision. I was charged $79 for the trip charge essentially.

I had no problems at all. He charged me for the part and the labor. They were professional. They did an excellent job. They came when they said they were going to come. I absolutely had no problems. Prior to them doing any work they told me what they were going to do and how they were going to handle it. The gentleman who came out was wonderful. He was very sweet. He was a little short guy, young and wonderful. The gentleman that was with him was Hispanic and they did speak in Spanish but absolutely no issues whatsoever.

They did an excellent job. They came on time and within two hours they were finished. They pulled the dryer out. I was very happy with their service. I did not pay any more than the Big Deal. In fact, while they were here, they looked at my refrigerator and came back for that. I needed a new seal and they had to order it. He told me that he would be back and within a week he was here. I had no problems at all. I purchased the Big Deal, and I got a phone call the following day. I scheduled it out a week after I spoke to them and they came out and took care of it. They came when they said they were going to come. They completed the job and it went very well. The rate was a discounted rate and it was very, very, reasonable for what they had to do. They quality of the work was excellent. They cleaned up, they vacuumed everything up. They were really professional. I would absolutely use them again. I have already put on my schedule to call them back.

They did good, I have no complaints, but they did good. I would say very good. The quality of work was very good. They got it fixed! I'm happy with them, they did the job.

I ended up using them and they were great. The appliance has worked well since then. It was like an incredibly good price. It was for a rental unit and I just needed ... the dryer piece to the vent went out. The workers were great.

They did a great job. I think the price was alright, it was reasonable. I haven't had any problems since. It was quality, timely, and effective. It took about an hour, because they had to go up on the second story. They cleaned up very well. They did a great job.

It was fine. They should just call ahead of time with their scheduled arrival time. They gave a window but didn't show up because they didn't have a part, so there was some communication breakdown a little bit.

I used a $49 coupon from Angie's List, and when they came out, they quoted a price that I was not happy with, so I did not do business with them after that. They charged the $49 just to come out but they wanted too much money to do the repair. Their responsiveness was great; they showed up I think that day, pretty quick. Their estimate didn't work out for me. I ended up repairing it myself. I think it was like $80 to get the parts to fix it. Just one person came out to do the estimate, just Mr. Rogers. My first impression was they were fine. The guy came in, I showed him that the ice maker didn't work but the water did work. There is water and ice in the door of the refrigerator. He opened the door, he looked at the ice maker, he basically just looked at it and said that it was broken. He didn't have any tools, he visually inspected it, and then he pulled out a tablet of some kind and then he said the word, expensive out loud to himself a couple of times and then quoted me a price that was ridiculous.
