great, tech changed a solenoid/switch for the compressor and it was all it needed. show up on time, repair took less than 20 minutes.

I had to change the appointment several times and they were very accommodating. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly.

Terrible--they were out here 4 times and didn't know what they were doing. One time told me thay had to call the factory and would let me know--didn't hear from then till I called then had to intervene with manufacturer--finally got all the parts they said they needed and they still couldn't repair the cooktop. Found someone else who did.

I called their company and ask for a quote how much would it be if a person just comes and fix a leak in the refrigeration system by changing the filter and weld it. I didn't need diagnostics because i know what the problem is i just didn't have the tools to fix it. They put the service manager on the phone and he gave me a quote of $200 . I agreed and scheduled for the person to come. Some guy that works for Lowes during the day and afterward work for this company came and welded the pipe where the leak was, filled it up with freon and was out the door. Asked him how to be paid credit card or check he insisted on cash which i didn't have at the time. I wrote him a check for $200 and he was like no $300. I said the manager quoted me $200 and at this point, it was a very awkward situation. I asked to call the manager and they put it on me that i didn't missunderstood. I think i know the difference between $200 and $300 Be aware of this company as they give you one quote and charge you another for nothing extra done.

We paid $85 for an inspection and estimate. The technician was very helpful in letting us know what was wrong and what our options were.

Tech attempted to pull unit out by bottom oven door handle & it broke off. He fixed handle but was unable to get unit out. Called next day & told me parts are not available for unit due to age. Had to replace unit.

There was some miscommunication in getting an appointment scheduled, but once we got that taken care of, it went well.

They came the first time I heard the tech say to his office on the phone that my compressor is bad so the replace a thermostat instead on the second visit.....they didn't hang around to see if the fridge turns on..... then when I called to let them know I was unhappy with the level of service they called me a liar.....don't use this company unless lied to and d***ed around

We had problem with our dryer and they could not complete the job first time but came three times till the job was complete. They cleaned the vent too and responded promptly including on a saturday.Horatio was extremely couteous. I recommend them highly

Repairman found the problem and fixed it.

It wasn't very good. Well, it looked like they cleaned it then five months later my dryer all backed up. They said they never went up. Overall, well I would give it a D because my dryer burned up five months later because it was lint backed up in it. The new guy came out and said they didn't do a good job.They just came and did it. The guy didn't speak much English; he had a girl with him that did speak English. The new one that came out said that they should have gotten on the roof and they didn't get on the roof. On punctuality, it was good, very good they came right on time. The crew was very professional.

terrible came first time and had nothing with them--had said he would fix it. Said he'd be back. never heard from them.Called they needed info from service contract. Came back to write down parts. Never heard from them. Called they said parts were almost $1000 and they weren't going to pay for them. Called service contract--got them to agree to pay for parts. Parts order came back and still couldn't get it to work.

Fine - added to my aggrevation was I might have been able to solve one of the problems myself (so mad at myself more than them) and they were here for such a short period of time. The other appliance I stated that I needed to know if it was repairable or if I had to replace it. They said they could replace the part needed, but I really was hoping to find out if it is was worth it to do so, or if I should just replace it. But I did not get that answer more due to a language barrier.

We were confirmed by the office staff and when I called to find out where the technician was because they were past the time window, I was told they weren't going to be able to come.

Great.....tech also told me what needs to be done in the future.

They were days later than originally scheduled. No call or anything. When they came communications were a little difficult as they primarily spoke Spanish. I had to show them where the vent on the room was. Otherwise, my vent is clean and the price wasn't bad.
