It went really quickly. We had to wait a day to get the part, but once it arrived it was installed very fast. All went smoothly!

Very well. Mr. Appliance responded via email and the repair man called prior to arrival. He was on time and did the repair in about an hour. He determined that the problem was a clogged drain and not the electronics. Excellent work. Greatly appreciated.

Jose showed me everything he was going to do. His machine to unplug the line was broken. He quickly got on the line and found someone who was in the area to meet him so he could use theirs. He could have easily told me he would have to come back tomorrow. He was polite and very professional. Do not have one complaint.

It was great. I paid an additional fee of 135 dollars. They were quick. He was very detailed of what had to be done and gave me ways to make sure it won't happen again.

The company stated that they wouldn't be able to help me with the service I needed. He was very nice. I have requested a refund.

Carlos was great. I received my confirmation email the day before the service call giving me a time range for arrival. Carlos called me 10 minutes before he arrived. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix issue within an hour. Saved me from buying a new machine. Would definitely call them again.

He was honest and said that the cost to repair the problem was not worth what I paid for the refrigerator.

Walter Lora was an awesome technician and representative of the company. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. He didn't "push" the repair which would have been more than the washer was worth and he gave great advice for my next purchase.

Very prompt, reasonable cost

The technician met with my wife, I was at work but I spoke with him on the phone and he was very cordial and on-time. My wife said he was extremely knowledgeable about ALL the appliances in our home and checked each of them (as I requested) for any additional fixes or recommendations he might have, all my appliances are 9 years old. Great service, great assistance with something I could not have done.

We needed to move the fridge recently due to new flooring being installed. When we pulled it out there was a puddle of water under the freezer side. But with new floors coming, we just pushed the idea of a problem aside. Well, after the floors were installed, we had to pull it out again to hook up the water line. There was another puddle. Called Mr. Appliance and they were able to send someone out the next day. I was very nervous pulling the fridge out on our new floors. The repairman had these plastic sliders that he used without making a mark. He also noticed that the fridge could be raised up a little so it would roll better on the wheels and not drag. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a drainage tube that was incorrectly lined up with the drainage pan. Quick fix. A bit expensive, but that's kind of the way appliance repair seems to be in my experience. I was just very happy to have it fixed and our new floors not gouged!

We recently had a move and our washer was damaged. Mr. Appliance and they came out quick enough. Two service techs showed up and one was like Archie bunker from the seventies. He said multiple crude and iratating remarks like "you overloaded it" or "you don't use two ultra detergent packs" "looks like you have a lot of laundry to do now!" and crazily inappropriate statements that nearly caused me to through them out. Luckily a younger tech tried to apologize on his behalf but it really should have never happen. Don't use unless you are desperate or you like rude and demeaning people. If my husband was here, I imagine Archie would have been a lot nicer or at least waited in the car but he wasn't and he seemed intent to just get one more snarky remark in. Avoid avoid avoid.

Mr. Appliance technicians were very professional, showed up on time, and were well mannered, etc. They were able to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes, as it was a fairly straight forward issue unrelated to the core electronics. They took care to move the dryer and such, so as not to damage anything. After diagnosing the problem they gave me the estimate to replace the element and let me know how long it would take. I was a bit shocked by the cost of the labor. The part itself was only a few % over what you can get it on the web for so that was fair. The entire process took 30 minutes from diagnosis to fix, to payment. I wound up paying about 400/hr for the labor all things said and done (as the labor was 200.00 after a 20.00 discount). I know they price these things by the job and some other machines could have taken longer, but I thought it was a bit much for the amount of time. I also understand these guys have equipment, are trained, etc. However, that is no different than lots of other industries where the labor rates are much lower. Finally, I did do a sanity check to make sure that I wasn't out of touch with the times in terms of the price. Several other places were around 225 and 245 for the same fix and part. So in summary, I guess Mr. Appliance has a bit of a market premium and one has to decide if that is worth it or not. Overall, I had a positive experience and they are true professionals. I'd use them again, but would ask more specifics on the job I needed to have done. I would suggest for those cases where someone could describe something fairly specific, the call center could at least give some example pricing. If the problem turns out to be A it's X dollars, if it's B then it could be Y dollars. That might lessen the shock on higher ticket items like mine.

My wife called in the morning and the repairman came right out that morning. He was very professional, neat (even had the little blue booties, and the cost was exactly what the lady on the phone quotd. I was at work so I did not know what happened but my wife was happy that the controls and lights now work. Even though the quote and the charge were what was promised, I thought that the 79.00 was a little high. The repairman did say that if the lights went out again in a short period of time that the 79.00 would go toward any repair. I would certainly use again as the folks; from the lady who answered the phone to the repairman were all very professional and honest. They were very prompt and neat.

Recommended my purchasing a new washer and gave me advice for specifics to consider when shopping. Did an evaluation of my dishwasher which is only cleaning on one cycle. Quoted a price for replacement panel and suggested shopping for a new dishwasher, again with advice for my shopping. Given the age of the appliances, I appreciated the candid evaluation and component suggestions for me when shopping.

The office was very professional when I called to report the issue with my dryer. We were able to schedule a technician to come out at my first availability. The technician arrived on time and put on cloth booties prior to entering my home. He was able to diagnose the issue based and provide an estimate of what the cost would likely be when he opened up my dryer. He confirmed the issue once he had taken the dryer apart and shared the cost of the repair prior to fixing it. He was very efficient and was able to complete the repair quickly. He also informed me I needed to have my dryer vent cleaned and provided the name of a company to do the service, which was really helpful. Had such a good experience I actually called them this morning when my microwave broke down.

It went very well, service man did not have to come out, Karen talked me through it over phone, no charge. I will definitely call this company first, for any appliance repairs in future. Thank you.
