Description of Work: Discovered hours later that the weekend emergency request from my tenant was misreported. Work needed was only for an electrician, not appliance repair. Mr. Appliance was very cooperative and attentive throughout.

Description of Work: The seal on the freezer compartment of our refrigerator needed to be replaced and we called to get an estimate. The provider was very helpful on the phone. Even though we chose to do the replace the seal ourselves, we appreciated the discussion we had.

Description of Work: I would give a rating of a B. I would of given an A except they had to order a part which took 4 days to get. I would of paid extra if they would of overnight the part shipment. I will use them again if a problem arises.

Description of Work: The technician replaced the support rods on my 18 month old Samsung washer but it failed to fix the out-of-balance condition. His recommendation was not to pursue further repair. He then removed the new rods and replaced the old ones. After contacting Samsung and having an authorized Samsung repair technician check my machine, it was discovered to have a bad tub which was still under warrantee. The tub and support rods were replaced and both were covered under warrantee even though the rods were only covered for the first year.

Description of Work: They came in to diagnose a flashing display on our LG washer. They found that a wiring harness had become detached and was sitting on the drum, It was rubbing and had worn through. They ordered a new harness, but LG shipped the wrong part, requiring a third visit. They did not charge for the extra visit. The harness fixed the problem.

Description of Work: They checked our washing machine and determined it was too costly to repair and recommended we buy a new one rather than repair the old one.

Description of Work: They evaluated why our 6 year refrigerator quit working. It was a main board that went out. They accurately identified that the part is no longer available and offered a service to send it out for repair. The cost to do that was around $700. We opted to do it ourselves and send it in for $109.

Description of Work: I told them what was wrong as I had had the same problem fixed before. Still, they came without the part the first time. I had to wait for or five more days. They charged twice as much as it cost me the last time to get it fixed.

Description of Work: Replaced the top-mounted spinner in the dishwasher (machine is 11 years old). Checked and cleaned the filter too.

Description of Work: The charge of $80.00 was for them to come out and give me an estimate on how much it was to actually fix the problem. The cost to fix the problem was more than I was willing to spend on a 10 year old fridge.

Description of Work: They did a great job of repairing an induction range and then evaluating an ice maker in a refrigerator. Due to their professional level of testing, they were able to document to the Electrolux company that the ice maker could not be repaired. With this information, I was able to get electrolux to totally replace the entire unit. Great job. I will use them again.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my refrigerator that had built up ice in the freezer so extensive the door would not close all the way. Communication from the time I submitted the e-mail throughout the process was frequent and very professional. Excellent courteous service provided by Saul! This was my second interaction with Mr. Appliance and I would recommend them for any appliance.

Description of Work: Service was very good. I just wasn't happy with price. It cost half the price of a new microwave to fix a loose wire.

Description of Work: Repaired dishwasher. Went fine except cost was more than I expected due to repairs needed. Also parked on grass in front of house and left divits in lawn. Also on web site said would wear shoe covers, he didn't but it wasn't a problem as shoes were clean. I have broken wrist and due to trouble getting dishwasher out of space, there was debris left on the floor and was difficult for me to clean up.

Description of Work: ONE screw fell out and got lost from the inside part of the oven door. The screw had to be special ordered and it took two trips and $180 to replace one screw. I couldn't use the oven without the part so in addition to what I consider an exorbitant price for a screw, I was without an oven for over three weeks.
