Description of Work: ONE screw fell out and got lost from the inside part of the oven door. The screw had to be special ordered and it took two trips and $180 to replace one screw. I couldn't use the oven without the part so in addition to what I consider an exorbitant price for a screw, I was without an oven for over three weeks.

Description of Work: Rebalanced washer. However, I do not recommend using the Angie 's list pre-paid service call. Just have the technician check out the problem. Very professional.

Description of Work: I am writing this review several weeks after the service. I can't remember all of the details. I do remember the service was extremely effective. The only issue was there was an attempt to charge my wife several hundred dollars more for a part. The price kept dropping until it was finally done for the $79. | |The refrigerator is still working perfectly so I am very happy with the result. I am just not sure about the pricing issues. I would definitely give them another try when/if this old unit breaks down.

Description of Work: For 180.00 they told me I was using two much dish washing soap and that's what was why my dishwasher was not draining properly and the dishes were not drying. Took their suggestions and still having the same problems. Should have taken the money I paid them and invested in a new dishwasher

Description of Work: They fixed my refrigerator's freezer. My only complaint was that the price was very high.

Description of Work: The spin cycle and timer/selector on my washer weren't working. The technician fixed the spin cycle right away but did not have a replacement timer/selector with him. He scheduled another appointment on the spot and the replacement went beautifully. Was prompt for both appointments. Will definitely use them for any future appliance needs.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Appliance and made an appointment to replace the top front panel of our Bosch dishwasher. We had already ordered and received the replacement part, but did not have the tools necessary to replace the panel. The technician arrived on time and was polite and efficient. He replaced the panel and within a half an hour, the dishwasher was repaired.

Description of Work: The service man arrived on time and checked referagerator for cooling, His professional advise was that the replacement of the compressor would cost about $600.00, Since the refergerator is over 20 years old I was advised that it would be better to replace the referagerator with a new high effency unit. He was polite and professional.
