I am extremely happy with my new pullout shelves. They make working in the kitchen 1000 times easier. They are top quality-the actual shelf is very well made and sturdy, and the slides work very smoothly. Also it is a drop in the bucket cost-wise compared to getting a new kitchen. The project went very smooth. Bill came to my house, measured all the cabinets, helped me choose the appropriate products after discussion and viewing his samples of pictures. He emailed me a quote, ordered the supplies, and came back 2 weeks later when all the shelves came in. I live in an older house and he worked hard to make everything look good and fit in spite of the various issues old houses have. All the cuts he made on the wood were stained to match the wood cabinets. He was very easy to work with. After using the kitchen for a few days, we noticed some things needed adjusting. We called him, he came back to the house promptly and made the adjustments, no problem.

The owner, Bill Moore, came to my home for a free estimate, was prompt, professional, informative and never pushy. He worked with me to design the finished product, suggesting ways to keep costs down without sacrificing quality. Once I decided to move forward, it was only 2 weeks later the carpenter came as scheduled to install the shelves in only 3 hours. Bill called that afternoon to find out if I was satisified with the installation and find out if I had any problems. The carpenter was professional and made sure the site was clean before leaving. There was one bracket that caught a little, I discovered a week later, and called Bill. He came out to my home personally the next day and fixed the problem. It's easy to recommend someone when everything goes smoothly but it's important to know that someone stands behind their work and makes sure the job is not done until the customer is completely satisfied. Bill Moore runs that kind of business and I highly endorse his product and services!

He was really neat and clean. He got the materials and finished in the next day. He was very professional and fast. He was very easy to work with. He even took all the garbage from the old closet and disposed of it. I would absolutely recommend him.

He did a beautiful job. These shelves were hand-made. You can pull them out all the way so you can see what you have. The quality is outstanding. It only took two weeks total from when I ordered to when he installed. He was very responsive to my questions..
