Two separate appointments both no shows no call. Add on Angie's list says complimentary tree removal and for the second appointment they confirmed that they do tree removal of one tree. When appointment time came and went with another no show I called again and they said I would have to remove the tree before they would send someone out to give me an estimate. If I can't get this company to show up for a sales call what would you suppose service would be like. When employee's and ad spcifys tree removal and then they say no they don't offer that, I call that false advertising.
