I asked for a quote on a certain feature for replacement. A quote was issued but also included something else that could use upgrading but not 100% so I was issued an estimate 5 to 10 times higher than nessicary for my original project. Please keep looking as companies are out there that are not trying to take advantage of hime owners.

He was clean, did good work but price was high.

Appointment made, confirmed, but not upheld by the company. When called to see if they were coming they stuttered through an excuse about the technician getting called on an emergency. After explaining how my call is now an emergency since it did not get addressed today they tried to charge me a $189 emergency fee.

Had scheduled someone to come out and look at an electrical issue in a house I am buying. Called and got it scheduled, but they said they had to call the seller to get his permission. No problem. I am out of the house the day of the appt waiting when I get a text towards the end of the appt window saying it is scheduled for the next day. I call to find out why and get told there was an emergency call that came in. I ask what constitutes an emergency during normal business hours when I am already on the schedule. I was told someone was willing to pay more money. They were out the following day and were able to correct the issue after trying to upset my wife for several thousand dollars. Forgot to have them look at one other thing. Called to get it scheduled. They take the payment over the phone for the service call, but when another emergency comes up for the 2nd appt I get told they can not discuss it with me because I am buying the home and do not own it yet. I ask to speak with a manager and they refuse to speak with me. Then I get yelled at by customer service saying what do you expect me to do, I just work in scheduling. Finally get them scheduled to come back out, scheduled between 12 and 4. I get a call at 4 saying they can be there in about an hour. Do not waste your time with this company.

Way overpriced for the job!

They come in ready to sell you a product, I explained what the issue was, I already had the replacement bulb, all the contractor did was change out a 12inch wire and sold me a 200$ LED kitchen bulb, what a ripoff

I gave him a difficult wiring problem and he was able to figure it all out and get everything up and running.
