The electricians were courteous and competent. They endured through a very late start and long evening. However, the overall service seemed pricey; I wish I had gotten other estimates but they were there and ready to do the work. I was given 3 different scopes of work to choose from, but without a breakdown of the line items it was difficult to determine the value of each, so I chose the lowest value which was more than I would have ever dreamed it would cost. Besides pricey, they under estimated the time to complete the work. I was originally told around noon that the work would be done by 6 Pm. I didn't realize the individuals telling me this in my home was only an estimator, not the person doing the work. The first technician arrived about 2 Pm and the second at 4:30 PM. When I arrived home at 6 Pm, I was told they'd be done at 8 Pm. Eventually the work was completed at 12:30 AM!!! I was hard pressed on several occasions to get a clear answer from the electricians about when they would be done. Their answer was always something like "it shouldn't be much longer." If you use them ask for a break down of the price for each item and ask when the electricians will arrive (not that it would have made much difference in my case).

On time and very professional

Technicians arrived on time for each appointment and provided options, as well as valid estimates for the projects. Not "inexpensive", but they did good work on the ceiling fans and under counter lighting that I purchased (separately) for installation. Top flight customer service to insure customer satisfaction.

He did a professional job, but the cost was the reason I won't be going back to him.

Great company. They gave me an estimate of costs before any work began, and even gave me multiple choices of service to decide from, without pushing the most costly. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, and provided exceptional customer service. I had three fan/light fixture combos installed in locations previously set up for only lights. They took care of the whole process, from up boxing the fixtures, to taking out the "trash". They asked for my input through the whole process, and were professionals throughout. I will definitely hire them again!

never use these people. They will take your money and run. They over sale and will not stand behind their product. I had the Lightning protection system installed after I lost 4 TV,s. They told me with this system I would be protected and covered if this happened again. Well, it happened again and they would not only not stand behind their product, they said I had to contact the manufacturer. I never talked to, or ordered this from the manufacturer. I paid Mister Sparky. never again! their upper management said they would look into it, and after several weeks and several more phone calls, I am being ignored. PLEASE, what ever you do, NEVER EVER give them the chance to take your hard earned money...I will continue to place these post on every site I can until these people have closed their doors! I have given them very ample time and opportunity to make things right.

Overall experience was very good. Job was done quick and very well from what I can tell. Electrician was very courteous and professional and made sure to keep the house clean. However, the price was quite a bit more than what I had researched, and there was no explanation as to how the costs were determined. I went ahead and paid it because he was already there and I wanted the job done quickly, but my research indicated it would be much cheaper. I would have liked to see an explanation of the charges, rather than a line and a total price.

Very progressional service with knowledgable technicians. They make sure they clean up and wear protective gear to ensure nothing in your home is harmed. Would definitely recommend.

Mr. Sparky provided excellent customer service and even arrived before my scheduled appointment (they call before they arrive). Their service tech was knowledgeable and worked efficiently. They are not the cheapest company but they do provide a quality service and you get what you pay for.

At first, I thought they were pretty great. Perhaps a bit pricey, but seemed very professional. Later, the next day after they upgraded my electrical wiring, I started having hot water heater issues, because they forgot to check the connections after they completed their work. Also, they chaeged me for a 10 year Lithium battery, for my smoke detector, but a week later my smoke detector started beeping. It turns out, they put an expired lithium battery in my smoke detector, and discarded my original battery, which had barely been used. They are good at resolving issues, but when you spend so much for repairs, I'd like to have things done right the forst time. I expected more, and somewhat disappointed. But their work seems fine now. One thing I must give them credit for, is they had very fast respnse time and good availability, dispite a few blunders. l
