While the installer was very nice and polite, I've since learned that the price charges was exorbitant for the type of job. I was charged $592.50 for less than 30 minutes of work. This was a simple hanging/connection of a large, but lightweight simple metal chandelier on a 10ft ceiling. Since there was recently a different chandelier in that location (which I had already removed), nothing additional was required.

This company was great! They are nationwide too which is especially nice for myself as I own retail stores all over the country.

Phone and On-site Service were polite with plenty of repair options. Would have been nice to have had a more narrow time window. And the mild but constant upselling a bit of a turn-off. Not familiar with pricing of electricians lately but surprisingly high. After replacing worn tripping breakers, the issue did not go away but we now suspect something else so trust them enough to ask them to come back to check the suspected issue.

Very professional, tidy and efficient

Had to do a complete home inspection to replace a bathroom exhaust fan, the fan cost 59$, the options for install ranged from 841$ to 1400+$ i bought a 60$ ladder from Lower and did it myself. totally a rip off although the technician was polite , he didn't control the costs, this company seems ready to rip off someone if the can get away with it.

Electricians are extremely expensive. Some of the planned work could not be done as the cost was way out of line. 3 Wall switches and one wall light installed to the tune of $399. Tragic for those of us who are unskilled in this type of work.

Mr. Sparky's electrician was knowledgeable but explained the pricing will set by the company and nothing he could do. Three hours work was $700 which is absurd.

I called to install outlet above fireplace to hang a tv. When the technician arrived he spent an hour reviewing other updates he thought I needed instead of just doing the job I requested, even though I told him I had an appointment in 2 1/2 hours and under a time crunch. Then he came back and said it would be close to $3,000 to update my smoke detectors, update my GFCI outlets, and wire and hang the tv. When I balked at the high price for a handful of smoke detectors and minor wiring, I told him I just wanted outlet wired for tv. It dropped down to $850 which I thought was still extremely high, he then told me that included them actually hanging the tv for me. When I told him I could do that on my own, as I've done for my other tv's, the price then went down to $540 to just install an outlet and run a few cables. Over $300 just for them to hang a tv?? This takes me about 5-10 minutes for me to do, kind of a joke to charge that much. Because I was under a time crunch I agreed to the price even though I know other companies would've done the job for much cheaper. I found out afterward that most companies charge less than half this amount, I was upset to say the least. The work was good and the technician was very nice, they are just very expensive for the work performed and will likely look elsewhere for my electrician needs going forward.

My electrical, Will was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to assess the situation and perform the work needed quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. Made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I will definitely us Mr Sparky and Will again. GREAT JOB! THANK YOU !!

pricing is a little high

Great service, and friendly tech. Everytime he entered the home he put on shoe protectors. He even informed me about the steps he was taking to fix my issue.
