Mister Sparky of Tampa

Mister Sparky contacted me and once I decided to go with them, they arrived on time and sent a text with picture of the technicians coming to my house. Wow, Ian and Paul were fantastic, lovely conversation and the work for Stella. They explained the process along the way, and made me feel comfortable with the work. Definitely would hired them again.

They were prompt and did a good job but overpriced

James came first to access my electrical box and why I've been having problems with my pool motor, etc. He was very, very knowledgeable and saw numerous problems in the box (these done by other electricians :-(. After agreeing on what I needed to get completed, Zack and Ricky came in and did the job. They were professionals all the way. It took a number of hours for them to complete the job. I now have a new electrical box with everything up to code. A special box needed by the pool was not the one needed. No worries, Zack came back the next day with the correct part and fixed it. I will definitely hire Mister Sparky again for electrical needs.

I needed a outlet for my new appliance. Paul was dispatched and he explained how my project would be handled. I was very satisified with his work and asked if he would do one more thing for me. He repaired my outside outlet and also found the circuit braker that controls that outlet.

The service and quality of the work was excellent, but the price was extremely high for the job.

I was shocked (no pun intended) by the price but i couldnt afford to pay them and others to come out to do an estimate. Nathan and his helper however were excellent. Polite, congenial, cleaned up nicely, and worked very hard without a break from 12:00-10:30 at night. Didn't want to leave me without power or A/C. Came back the next morning to finish up. Wish they could also have done the drywall repair to my wall so i have to hire someone for that.

We just moved into a new home purchase and needed some electrical work done. We wanted it done as soon as possible and decided to go with Mister Sparky. Afterwards I learned they are way overpriced and nickel and dimed everything but that was besides the point. They installed a new outlet behind my washer and dryer and moved the appliances. They also unhooked them and rebooked them up. Last night was the first time I ran laundry since they left. When I went to my garage to put the clothes in the dryer, water was everywhere, all over the floor and my unpacked belongings. The wall where the new outlet is water damaged, ruined, and soaked. The outlet is also water damaged. I will be calling for a refund.

Their expertise and efficiency of doing the work was phenomenal. Same day service. I didn't have to wait for an appointment

To expensive. i was advised not to hire Mister Sparky due to costs. But, i Had no other choice, because i had a job to perform. My time was short to complete this project. The tech was excellent. Job performance was excellent.

We hired to fix dimmer switch. As it turned out everything we did was correct, except we purchased the wrong lightbulbs. It cost us $325 to have the electrician look at the dimmer connect one wire, inform us we had the wrong bulbs. WAY TOO MUCH MONEY!!!

Very thorough job...a little pricey but I was braced for that. Seems like anytime somebody steps foot inside the house you're out $100. But the Mister Sparky rep I dealt with was great and did excellent work. I will call them again if I need an electrician.

Other than being late for the appointment (which they advised me on) everything else went great. Hard working, clean work, very professional. Looks better than I could have imagined and it was not an easy project.
