Electrician was outstanding

Great company, Mister Sparky.

Puntual for estimate and job. They only sent one technician, but he was still able to finish the whole job; which included a patio ceiling fan, changing bathroom vanity lights, installing pendant lights, and changing out dining room lights.

They sent a confirmation email with a picture of the service provider that would be coming to do the repairs, which as a sole woman at home, was very nice to see. They were prompt and courteous and performed all services asked of them and even inspected my other issues, not trying to oversell, but just to make sure that I was safe. I did end up buying 10 year battery smoke detectors, which are insured by the company and follow the product and not the house. I would highly recommend William Wouters, he was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Did not make me feel like an idiot for not wanting to handle electricity on my own.

On time and excellent customer service, however what we wanted was extremely over priced. (two electrical outlets). We ended up getting surge protector instead.

Thought the price for the work needed was too high! Asked for Landscape Lighting demo and was unable to provide what I felt was a Professional Demo. Staff was Great and conducted themselves accordingly.

Friendly electrician who provided affordable solutions

Good experience. Had flood lights installed, landscape lighting, and a security camera.

the tech was very knowledgeable, pleasant and did good work. the price for the job was on the high side but done right. you get what you pay for.

Had a grounding system installed, full rejuvenation of the circuit breaker box and a full re-device done throughout the house. The grounding system was done in a day. Thumbs up for that. The rejuvenation was completed in a day but they had to come back to replace some breakers that needed arc protection according to Hillsborough code. This was identified by a QAQC person. Thumbs up that they have a person to actually come out and check on the work. The re-device took several days as there were many existing problems that needed to be fixed. The man that did it was extremely meticulous which I am grateful for. I did not want a rush job done. This is electrical work we are talking about; corners do not need to be cut. I have been told that I could have gotten all this done at a cheaper price which I agree to in theory however, I believe that some things should be expensive if you want quality work.
