Great customer service. As an engineer, technician knew what he was doing and was able to explain the theory behind devices, code regulations, and more.

They sent two teams. The first was excellent, but didn't have time to finish that day. The second two who came did not comply with the estimate, and were not helpful. Apparently they did not have the right color in their truck, and they said it would cost $10 per switch to install the color specified in the estimate. I was irritated!

Hired to fix two light fixtures. $700 later, I am in shock. Could have bought new fixtures for less. Way overpriced

Tried to Gouge me excessively. Suggested replacing my recessed lights for LED replacement kits. The exact ones sell for 8 for $88. Wanted to charge me $1,500 installed. They just screw in like a light bulb. Was already at my house. Why not charge something fair for a non essential upgrade. $165 to fix a wire on a fan. Converted garage lights to LED. Kits cost $40 each. Charged me $600 to install in two lights... Again gouging. The dimmers for the LED lights cost $20. Wanted to charge $165 each for 3. $495 just for those... Why with social media and the internet try to gouge people like that? Professional Company came out right away. So me being to nice agreed to pay 3 times to much for the fan and garage light. Over $600. Should have been $300 tops. Mister Sparky are crooks

Keith is a very professional, thorough, pleasant technician. Explained everything and made it a point to clean worksites as he went along. Would ask for him again. Thank you!

Too expensive. There are other electrical companies that can do the same service for less money. I paid them for an estimate and decided to hire another company because their bid was too high!

The electrical work was great, no issues. There was some damage done to my ceiling, getting that fixed was an issue. It took too long to get it repaired. I understand that they were looking for a less costly alternative. The couple that finally came to fix the ceiling was GREAT. It just took to long to get them here.

Personable and friendly but I could do without the sales pitches. They are very professional but a bit pricey.

The technicians are very nice. They suggest things you can do to protect your home, such as surge protection. However, it should not cost almost $500 simply to add and feed a 3 foot neutral wire from an electrical socket to a light switch a couple feet above. Despite a misunderstanding, the work is not worth the value.

Your rep. came on time was professional and courteous. He was fast to assemble and mount an outdoor ceiling fan. I would call Mr.Sparky if I needed future electrical work done.

Electrician was outstanding and very courteous. Explained everything he was doing and plus I had a picture of him sent by text and that he was on his way to my house.
