Showed up on time, gave legitimate advice and recommendations.

It did not seem quote request was sent, I called myself. Electrician, Klay, was professional, prompt, clean, pleasant - job well done. Seemed a little pricey but worth it at the end of the day.

Homeadvisor did not forward quote request to any of the companies that came up. I called Mister Sparky myself. The work performed was to troubleshoot non working fixtures, these were quickly resolved. Additional problems were found and fixed.

Klay was professional and courteous, Installation was done neatly and expertly.

I think the person doing the work was very pleasant. But I would have to say that Mr. Sparky is a little pricey. You are charged with the $29 drive fee - ok. But $212 x 2 for replacing 2 outside flood lights on dusk/daylight to 2 outside flood lights with a motion detector is a bit much (which I might say I'm not to happy with because they only stay on for 15 seconds. they are very dull when they first come on and I was told they would get brighter as it warms up, well by that time my 15 seconds are up and it shuts off, and $89 x 2 to replace a light switch and outlet.

Klay was professional and knowledgeable. I had a list of items for repair since I am putting the house on the market, but the attic fan was priority. Klay was able to fix the attic fan instead of replacing and repaired all of the items on my list. I could not have been more satisfied with this service!

From initial contact with office, through initial meeting, through survey of project (replacing & repairing switches/outlets/smoke detectors), to efficient completion of the project, Mr. Sparky was well-represented by Jen, Clay, and, especially, Corey. I have had much experience working with electrical systems, but not hands-on for nearly 20 years. Enough has changed in products & codes that I would've had to spend much time learning. Maybe someone would've cost less, but would they have done the job as well, and as pleasantly? Mr. Sparky was great!
