It really was a good experience. After dealing with local box and chain stores and having them charge 75.00 just to come out, it was a pleasure dealing with Michael's. I called and had to leave a message on their machine, but they called me back within two hours. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and Camilo arrived right on schedule. He assessed my filter and as I had assumed, I needed a new filter. He said that he had one in the truck and could get it fixed within about ten minutes. After working a bit, he came back to me and said that the previous people that worked on my motor, had put a wrong impellar on the unit and it was causing the motor to burn out faster. I agreed to have him put another one on, but he did not have that part in his truck. He said that he could be back on Monday and have everything taken care of. Monday came and went with no visit or call, but he returned on Tuesday and got everything in working order. Very professional, I would use them again!

Michael's has been my pool service company since October 2007; they put in an automation system that works beautifully - no more handles to turn; My husband died in 2009 and the staff/techs have been wonderful in taking care of the pool all these years. In November of 2012 I had a terrible leak. They were able to help determine where the leak was coming from (my pool heater had rusted out over the years). They gave me two options to choose from and replaced the heater with no problems. I highly recommend Michael's to anyone that needs a good, reliable pool service or repairs.

I phoned Michael's Pool Service on the 24th and Missy immediately answered the phone. I explained to her that the pressure was high on the pool filter. She asked me various questions about how often and when the last time the pool filter was backwashed. She then scheduled an appointment for Camillo to stop by and check out the pool equipment. Missy was very informative and knowledgable. Camillo arrived promptly at the scheduled time and asked me questions about how the pool was being cleaned, and how often the pool was backwashed. He thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions. Camillo then backwashed the pool filter and checked all of the pool equipment. It was a pleasure dealing with Missy and Camillo and I plan on using Michael's Pool Service for my weekly pool maintenance.

This is my second experience with Michael's, and even though I wrote a review recently, I felt another was warranted. It is so nice to find a company consistently good to work with, and when I do, I want to get the word out. Camilo came by to do the initial assessment, and he also completed the necessary work. He was very friendly and professional...easy to work with. He was quick to assess the problems and went over any and all concerns I had over the spa and pool. Camilo did a great job with the repairs. The pool and spa are running perfectly. Misty was also great to work with on the scheduling. Thanks again for a great experience!

I notice leak on my pool's pump output. Contacted Michael' by e-mail and got a replay within two hours from Misty .We set up an appointment for first thing in the morning; I was given a Two hour window 8- 10 AM. Daniel showed up about 8:30, and after the customary introduction we walked over the pool pump. Daniel diagnosed the problem and recommended that the old PCB pipe be replaced and quoted the price for parts and labor. Upon agreement of the terms, Daniel performed the repairs quickly and satisfactorily; after completion of the work he explained the work and ask if I had any questions. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and the work from the Michael's Pool Service and Repair group.

The response time was excellent. Daniel came by to assess the problem. He was very friendly and professional and explained everything thoroughly. Bonnie got back to me with an email within a day's time, explaining multiple options on the pool light and information on replacing the pump, along with pricing for each part, labor, etc. She was very thorough. I even received a follow-up call to make sure that I had received the email. I decided to go with the fountain pump, and wait on the pool light until it completely burnt out. I will be calling Bonnie for a new pool light when the time comes. Daniel did the work on the pump and showed me how to adjust the fountain...something I didn't know I could do, as we did not put the fountain in. He was very professional and did a great job. The fountain is better than it was before! A flawless experience!!!

A technician came out the same day I contacted them for an estimate. Daniel was knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. After doing some research,he provided me with several options, and did not attempt to pressure me into making an immediate decision. I was impressed overall, so I decided on one of the options, and arranged for the work to be done. Michael came out on the scheduled date and performed the repairs in a highly professional and efficient manner. Everything went well, and the new pump is much quieter as an added bonus I wasn't expecting. I will definitely contact them for any future needs.

We hired this company to replace and install the gas heater for our pool and spa. They were prompt, professional and responsive to our requirements. There was an initial problem starting the heater, due to an incompatibility with our existing gas line. They made multiple trips to our location and worked with the gas people to get the system up and running at no additional cost to us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this local family business to our friends and neighbors.

The service is excellent. The technician is friendly and attentive. More importantly the pool water is crystal clear.

It went well. They did their job well, they removed all their debris, they were timely and I didn't have any trouble with them at all.

I have been using them for about a year and a half. They were very responsive and know their business well. My only difficulty has been that different guys come sometimes. There was a problem with the suction in the pool. Sometimes they make the suction too fast and sometimes it is too slow that it sucks the surface. Sometimes when the yard is mowed I find vegetative particles in my pool. When the suction is fine they just go off and when it is slow all these particles sit there. That is the only problem I have had with them.
