It went pretty well but we were unhappy in the end. They could have finished off the edges of the driveway a little better than they did. It is a year later and we are already getting some cracks in the driveway.

I originally got an estimate for MGC to pour a new concrete slab as well apply a decorative coating for both the new and old slab. We decided to go with another company to pour the new slab but decided to bring MGC back to the decorative coating. Murray, the owner, came to our house to do the measurements and sign the final contract. We chose a stenciled pattern for the coating. He came by a few days later and dropped off a board with the two colors we thought we wanted so that we could take a few days to decide on the color. His crew came on time and did the work. They also, for an extra charge, attempted to even out some "bird baths" on the old slab. My husband does not think that the "bird baths" are improved, but I think they are a bit smaller. The crew finished the job on a Friday and my husband and I were not satisfied with the touch-up work. Some of the "grout lines" were not as clean as we wanted them to be. I called Murray and told him. His crew came back on Monday and did a much better job. They admitted that they were just tired on Friday evening and missed a lot of the necessary touch-up work.

Murray's crew efficiently removed all the sod, graded the land, and dug the footers. Once our inspection of the layout of the project cleared, they came in and poured the slab. It looks great and the crew did a good job cleaning up.

Estimate was fully double that estimated by two other companies.

THIS COMPANY IS EXCELLENT IN THAT THEY ARE REASONABLE, PUNCTUAL, QUALITY ORIENTED AND PROFESSIONAL. THE JOB THEY DID ON THE DRIVEWAY WAS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY AND DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I WOULD REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

MURRAY, THE OWNER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. THE WORK HIS COMPANY PERFORMED WAS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY AND COMPLETED WITHIN THE ESTIMATED TIME FRAME. HIS WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND WORKED VERY HARD. THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS SOMETHING TO BE PROUD OF. MR. GOLDENBERG IS A VERY PROFFESIONAL PERSON AND THE PEOPLE HE HAD DO THE JOB WERE ALSO PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENT WORKERS. THEY RESURFACED MY POOL DECK AND DESIGNED IT SO THAT IT LOOKS LIKE STONE AND BRICK AROUND THE POOL RIM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
