+ -1 moreWe were very surprised how difficult it was to find someone to do this type of work. We literally called a dozen different bobcat companies over a period of a month. The majority of them did not return our calls, and the others were not interested in the work or failed to show up for appointments. Thankfully we found Hugo and Max Grading. We contacted Hugo Friday evening and he and his crew were on site the following Saturday morning. They worked the weekend (including on Father's Day) and they did a great job. The hauling away of the scrapings cost extra, but Hugo told us that up front and he arranged for the dump trucks himself. The other companies we called could definitely learn something from Hugo about customer service and work ethic.
Description of Work: Max Grading provided fine grading, clearing and bobcat services at our property. After months of new construction, we had a many piles of dirt, ruts, holes, etc. throughout the property that needed to be leveled before the new sod and landscaping could be installed. They scraped the site clear of vegetation and graded all areas affected by the previous construction activity.
