Tme was of the essence and George Baker was very cooperative in making sure the condo was ready to be shown for rental in a timely matter. He was very accommodating in meeting us several times to discuss progress and possible changes to the original plan. This company is so well run and the employees are extremely professional. George Baker has truly turned his employees into a TEAM that almost becomes part of your family as you live through a remodel. I tried to write a review about George and his TEAM while away in Michigan attending to our home and repairs it needed. Your company would not make Masterbuild available for review because I was in Michigan even though I am a Angie's List member in both Florida and Michigan. I sincerely feel that TEAM Masterbuild and George Baker deserve a special Angie's List Reward or Special Recognition of some sort as I could not find this level of professionalism and pricing in Michigan. All companies have their detractors for whatever the reason. Personaliy, George Baker has integrity, class, character and a great work ethic. You could not find a more honest individual who is willing to discuss costs so you are paying in a range comfortable for your budget. You couldn't ask for any more in a business and contractor.

It was great. They are professional, they are prompt, they came on time, they got the work done and George Baker who is the owner, actually sat with me and helped me design and added an extra shower for me. It was a nice surprise.

MasterBuild Performance Group was recommmended highly by a trusted associate. As we are a condominium association that is approximately 30 years of age, a lot of wood was rotting and our overall appearance had drastically diminished over the course of time. We contacted George Baker from MasterBuild Performance Group, who came and gave us an estimate of the work we requested. Additionally, he gave us ideas that would be cost saving in the long run that we had not even considered. He also pointed out trouble spots that we did not see. He gave us a price list which was approved by our Board, and then a period of time was allocated to our issues. We paid some during the process; however, the bulk was paid at the completion of the work. The MasterBuild Performance employees worked with our unit owner schedules to take into consideration folks that worked night shifts to minimize noise outside their units - our residents had nothing but praise for the employees of MasterBuild Performance Group, which makes the Board's life much easier!
