they were very professional and fair. did a great job,very pleased..took 3 days on the job and went about business without disturbing anything going on in the house. did a great job cleaning up and final product was great!

The were GREAT! A neighbor had recommended them, telling me they did a fabulous job every time in several of their homes so I decided to use them. They came as scheduled (the technician even called me when he expected to be 15 minutes late) which is almost unheard of in contracting. They were careful not to damage the baseboards, cleaned up after they were done, and did a great job on the floor. The floor looks better now than it did when it was first installed. Also, the original quote had been done 2 years ago and I didn't get around to having the floors polished until now. There was some confusion between what the technician said was quoted and what I understood was quoted. When I brought the issue up with Chris, he was extremely professional and honored the original quote. I will certainly use them again and would recommend Marblelife to anyone. They are a rare find.

The service was good.

It cost us $1000. Overall, the job went okay. They came in and gave us an initial estimate and then they came out to do the work. They had to come back out a second time because some of the work needed to be redone. They came back and did it as we requested. We have considered having them come back out because some of the grout work they did has already cracked because they chose to regrout something versus caulk which we had asked them to do. We would consider them, but not firstly. They were very responsive and very easy to deal with. We didn’t have problems with calling them back out, but I would say their work was average.

Received a call from one of their sales guys. He came over with a laptop, measured my floor, looked for cracks and holes. We discussed the job in detail, with him showing me pictures of what I can expect. After scheduling the job, two service technicians came over with their machines, moved my furniture and completed the job within 6 hours. As advertised, there was no mess to clean up and the floors were almost immediately dry. The only thing preventing a perfect score was that they missed the part under where the fridge doors open. Otherwise, this company performed pure magic on my floors.

Unbelievable Experience!!! This company is top notch! From the professionalism exhibited by Chris to the impeccable work performed by the technicians. They truly care about doing a fabulous job and treat your floors as if it was their own. Attention to detail was amazing! We have had travertine stone floors for over 15 years with polishing and honing done by other companies in the Tampa Bay/Clearwater area that are highly regarded in the business, BUT they don't hold a candle to Marblelife. Marblelife exceeded my expectations and my floors look like you are walking right into a showroom. BEAUTIFUL!! They look better than they initially did when we first had them installed! I will definitely continue to utilize the services of Marblelife and highly recommend them. Don't waste your money/time with any other company. Marblelife is truly the best and knows their stuff. No only did they polish all of our travertine stone floors, but they even cleaned/scrubbed the front porch tile on their way out which was such a nice touch. AMAZING!

This company polished and sealed the newly installed marble tiles in my master bath. They were in and out in half a day and my tile now sparkles.

In all my years dealing with home contractors, I have never been more pleased with the process, result and price of Marblelife. Chris, the owner, came out as scheduled to provide an estimate. He was very informative, professional and his price was significantly under other estimates I had done. As well, he was able to schedule me before the holiday and said the job would take two days (other contractors had estimated up to a week). I had travertine floors put in 2.5 years ago. With two large dogs, the floors began to look very dull, scratched and there were several places where the travertine developed holes (a couple of places rather large holes). I honestly thought my investment was beyond repair back to how they originally looked. I couldn't have been more wrong. The floors actually look better than when I first had them installed. They are not only more shiny, but the I cannot tell where the repairs were made. The repairs were seamless with the other stone. They truly look new! The two workers that showed up were professional and diligent in doing work. They moved all the furniture out of the way and returned it to where it was originally. The granite looks great and the master shower and bath look new again. The job was finished by 2:30 pm the second day - under the estimate of 2 days. As a complete and unexpected bonus, my home was left spotless and more clean than when they started. I had scheduled my housekeeper to come in the day after they were scheduled to be completed (the day before Thanksgiving) to give it a thorough cleaning before we had guests for the holiday. I assumed that the house would be dusty and would need to be cleaned. The place was left so spotless, that I was able to cancel the service! I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team. It's hard to exceed my expectations, and they have definitely done that. Great job and thank you for restoring the floors I love!

Workers showed up on time and began on floors. They were very thorough on their cleaning process. They made sure that any water or spray did not get on any of the furniture or bedding. They helped move furniture back into the rooms. The granite was done last by polishing and ealing. The workers were very knowledgeable of their processes and were very courteous.

Rafael Guanill, general manager, estimated the job and supervised its completion. He arrived as scheduled with 2 assistants. They were courteous, moved the heavy furniture and did their best to do a thorough job. The Mexzican tile needed drying time after stripping so job started on a Friday then continued on Monday and Tuesday.

It went well.
