Description of Work: Manny is a great guy and very responsive. He was incredibly flexible with my ever-changing schedule and he went out of his way to accommodate me and my needs. He is polite, professional, and does the best work I've ever seen- I was very impressed with him every step throughout the process. I bought a used, broken pool table off of craigslist, and he not only picked it up (in a million pieces) but delivered and installed it to perfection. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and related skills for putting together a very complicated slate pool table, and even more impressed by his professionalism, his ability to fix parts that were broken, and how he performed the job overall. He ensured the table was exactly where I wanted it, dealt with rush hour traffic to make a morning delivery/assembly, and even took the balls out and placed everything professionally where it belonged. He is beyond dependable, and if you ever need someone to move, fix, sell you, or assemble a pool table and/or parts, this is THE guy to do it. He also showed that he has many other skills- he came equipped with tools, made sure everything was level, and I'm confident he could do good work as a handyman/builder in general. I had a problem with my bank when I paid him and he was more than understanding given the situation, and even gave me a discount. I got way more than Money's worth- he should have charged $500 for the work he did but he worked with me. He does deserve a lot more than #190 for the work he did, though. Not only would I hire him again, but EVERYONE and ANYONE who needs help can call Manny and he will be dependable and do his job to perfection. He doesn't cut corners- he was running behind timewise but he still made sure that not only my pool table was put together, but all of the pieces were even displayed to perfection. It was 5 star service, and he pleasently surprised me because it's hard to find someone who is reliable, responsive, AND does an outstanding job, especially in this market/area. He even called to let me know he was stuck in traffic and might be a 1/2 hour late- very considerate. If you need to buy anything for your pool table, need one transported, fixed, or put together- he is the ONLY guy to call if you need help. He also moved it very carefully and was a complete gentleman- no scruffy, sketchy guys showing up to get the job done. I know this economy is tough and he even did my job for about 8 hours early in the morning before going to another job- he is not only a hard worker, but was incredibly flexible working with my schedule and that of the previous owner of the pool table, and when he showed me the broken parts, he was also able to fix them. The table plays like a professional table and he couldn't have done a better job. I know he's knew to Angie's List (I found him on Craig's list and got lucky) but don't let the fact that he only has a few references turn you away- it's only a matter of time before he's a top reviewed and rated provided on Angie's List. I take my reviews very seriously, and I am 100% confident in Mandy's abilities- with my pool table and otherwise. A great guy and a great worker all around. If you're looking for help- look no further; he is THE ONE to hire to do any work on your pool table. I lucked out, but now I can testify to his skills, professionalism and abilities. Plus, he's a great guy with a young child and definitely deserves the work. I guarantee you won't be disappointed if and hopefully when you call him to use his services.
