+ -1 moreWhen I called Mandrell's Pressure Cleaning it went to an answering service. They took my information. Shortly thereafter I received an email from them. I replied with the information they requested. They replied with a proposed cost which I accepted in a return email. They were supposed to schedule the service via email. After several days of not hearing anything further from them, I gave up and cancelled. Never did talk to anyone. Don’t waste your time on this outfit.
Description of Work: clean screen room, walkway and driveway.

Initial communications were by phone and email and although very informative, a little impersonal for my husband who is used to contractors providing estimates in person (I had less issue with this as Shane described he looked at the house on Google Earth to complete estimate). Actual service provider was Tory (sp?) , who came a little later than I was told he would, but was here almost all day and did a thorough, great job--(the treatment took 10-15 years off the appearance of the house). Payment was requested after Shane was sure we were happy with the job. We would definitely do business with again.
