At first they sent out 3 people they were done in an hour. Then they came back again the following month. And the lady asked me what do you want me to do? I looked at her I can’t believe she said that. I said clean isn’t that what you do? And some played stupid you have to keep an eye on some of them but they always told me they don’t get there tips that are paid to them when they do your place. And that is wrong. I would have never had them here if they’re not getting there tips!! But you do have to watch some of them

On 12/09/2020, 3 maids came to my vacant residence for 5 hours worth of labor for a move-out cleaning. After 90 min they left and the only things completed in the house were 2.5 bathrooms, all of the rooms (except 1 walk in closet) were vacuumed, and the fans were dusted. None of the baseboards or blinds were ever touched. The cabinets in the kitchen were never touched and all of the tile flooring downstairs was never mopped. Per the contract, baseboards, blinds, windows, and kitchen cabinets were supposed to be included in the cleaning. The time slot for the maids to arrive was 8am-4pm. They did not arrive to the residence until 6:45pm. Considering the house was completely empty (3 bed, 2.5 bath), it was very disappointing to see how poor of a job 3 maids did in 90 min. Being a first time customer with this company, I would not recommend this company to anyone else or use your services again.

First cleaning done by Yesi, Vivian, and Mayling was wonderful. Walked in home and it was so fresh and allowed me to enjoy my week-end with the family.

They did a great job, as always. I had used them at my house before, and have nothing but good things to say. They were very nice, very professional, and I would recommend them to anyone. They even helped her with laundry. They'll do anything you ask them to do.

They did a wonderful job again. I would highly recommend them. They did an outstanding job. They did well. They got everything cleaned. They did an excellent job on the bathrooms, kitchen with the vacuuming and everything like that.

Damaris and Cristal did a fantastic job cleaning my house! They were meticulous and thorough; the counters and floors gleamed after they were done. I also want to thank Yeisdania and Ruth for the cleaning they have done in the past. I appreciate MaidPro so much for this valuable service!

The cleaning was done very well. They made sure to check off all the specific areas that were needed and didn't miss anything. We have an older dog and with our wood floors and his bad hips we have to put a lot of rugs down when he's down stairs. The cleaning crews consistently take great care to clean the rugs, move them out of the way, and wet mop the wood floors. The crews have grown to know our needs and little things, like vacuuming the dog beds, are no longer something that I even have to think twice about asking..... I still do at times because I'm that guy lol and they always kindly reply 'yes, of course" or "yes, we've already done it." Sweet. We have a lot more in the house now that we have the new baby and they take the time to clean all the little areas to make sure our baby has a clean house to begin her life in. Tyquetta, Samantha and Tiffany were GREAT! On Friday, the 14th we had went in for our 39 week check up and were unexpectedly told that we would need to have the baby that day. We had little time, but rushed home to grab some last minut things. We got home to find the cleaning crew outside of the house. I yelled... "we're having a baby!!!". They looked as surprised as us. I was tempted to turn them away but we needed the house cleaned for sure since we'd soon be bringing home a new addition. Earlier that morning we left for the Dr's with unfolded clothes fresh out of the dryer sprawled all across our bed. We were rushing around gathering all the stuff we needed for the hospital.. Alexis was ready but I wasn't... Iol. I quickly starting throwing stuff in a bag and rushing up and down the stairs trying to get everything together so we could go to the hospital. On one trip back upstairs I noticed that ALL the clothes were folded. BONUS! That was such an awesome touch - knowing that we wouldn't have a bunch of clothes to fold when we got home with the baby was a just one less thing to worry about and it really was a great relief. When we returned home on Sunday the house was clean and the clothes were quickly put away and we were able to relax and enjoy our baby!!! Thanks ladies, Leonard, Alexis and lil'Londyn.

Ann, Tyquetta and Yesi. Thanks for making my mom happy today, also for letting my dogs on the back porch while you cleaned. I sure love when I get home and you have made the beds, washed all the laundry and gave my dogs fresh water. Your company sure make my life and my mothers life so less stressful. My mom is on an oxygen machine and it's hard for her to get around and you guys make her feel good when you leave. Thanks MaidPro for taking care of family while I work. From the very first call with Julie till the follow up call after the cleaning they did everything right. We just fired The Cleaning Authority and Mollymaid prior to that for doing a terrible job with staff almost on the phone the entire time and showing up whenever they wanted to, and breaking things almost every time. With Maidpro everything was as it should have been and they even exceeded my expectations by vacuuming extra spaces not included, cleaning the base boards and shower door!! Their staff was courteous, friendly, polite and I couldn't even tell if they had any phones! Great cleaning as well of course! Highly recommend them, thank you and keep up the great work! D. Pulis

The rating for this cleaning I just had on the 4/24/2015 was an A but I had to bump them down as a company because the past cleanings were not as good and the cleaners do not maintain an arrival time that is always on schedule. This current team, from the 24th which was made up of Belinda, Nicole and Samantha was AMAZING. I would hope that you would hold all of your teams to this teams' standard. I would also recommend always having at least 2 people on the teams. You have sent 1 person to my house and there is NO WAY they would ever be able to clean like the 3 person team would in the time that is given to them. I think this team went above and beyond. The little things like organizing areas on the desk, dressers, night stands and counter tops to create more surface area and then cleaning that area was greatly appreciated. The icing on the cake was the origami flowers that Nicole made from the ends of the toilet paper in 2 (master and guest rooms) out of 3 of our bathrooms. We loved that. Literally, if you don't have this team benchmarked and coaching the other teams then you are missing a HUGE opportunity. You have set the bar and I hope that the next visits will continue to maintain this level of excellence.

Amanda and Ashley work fantastically together as a team (the "A" team) with pleasant personalities, they're fast, and possess great work ethic. Also, they both speak English. I have something in common with them because we all like cats and own cats!

I have used Maid Pro for years! I find the entire experience to be top notch. I mean, come on, they have some cool marketing- and then when you call into the office to get a quote, they are very thorough and professional. They did a preliminary interview on my house size, amount of people, etc, gave me the price, (which seemed average and fair) and a window of time of when the girls would arrive and we set up the date. The team arrived in the estimated window of time, with just a few minutes to spare. They were in company logo shirts, clean, and friendly. They brought in their cleaning tools, took a quick walk through the house reviewing with me what was most important, and got right down to business. The office lady had estimated I would need 2 girls for approx 1.5 to 2 hours (3 to 4 hours combined) and they were pretty spot on. OK, I admit, it had been awhile since I had cleaned the guest room and bath, so they did need just a tad bit more time. But, the office called me and reviewed this with me and I agreed to the additional fees. Anyway- for the most part they were lighting fast, and did a spectacular job. My floors, mirrors, counters just sparkled, and the house smelled great too. I think I have been using them for 4 plus years- and they are just really good. I mean, I even leave a tip for the cleaners! If you're looking for a good worry free experience, then call them. I'm glad I made that phone call many years ago. My daughter completed a review for them too and I copied her response - she writes better than I do!! We have referred several friends to MaidPro as well. The Manager there, Julie, is very helpful with anything we need. Overall a very good experience with this group.

The management of Maidpro as a rule give their cleaning people 1.5 hours and if they don't they leave and they charge you more fore the extra time. My home takes about 3 hours to clean. They just didn't give their ladies enough time to do the job so they left and didn't clean up

The experience was excellent. I called for an estimate. The girl was very professional, pleasant to speak with and very thorough. She explain in simple terms services they provide and how I would be billed. I have to say, they arrived on time an ready to start work. I called on Tuesday they scheduled me on Thursday., I was in a panic needed my home cleaned before the weekend. I had family coming in. My Last minute decision, Maid Pro was able to accommodate WOW! I am so happy I made the decision to go with Maid Pro, my house Looks great. No hassles just sparkling clean. I will definitely use them again.

The office staff was friendly and professional when I contacted them. I gave them the specifics of what I needed done. They were even able to come while I was attending to other matters. I left a key in a hidden spot. I was under a lot of pressure due to moving in less than a few days. I had several errands to tend to. When I returmed I was overwhelmed with the results. They had even cleaned my baseboards and ceiling fans. I also had requested the refrigerator and oven be cleaned. Never thought the oven would ever look that good again. My experience with this service was excellent! I even included a tip for the cleaners because they did such a great job. Thanks MaidPro

Update 6/28/2013- I received a call from Candace Westlake, the owner, after my initial review (F-grade) and I was impressed with her sincerity and professionalism, so I've change my review. Candace stated that she is investing in a Customer Care representative and working to improve all aspects of her business and I believe her. Based on my experiences I cannot say that I'd recommend Maidpro, but based our conversation I do feel that future customers will likely have positive experiences. Previous review- I tried using Maidpro twice. My first cleaning was not done well, so they scheduled a "reclean". I did have an issue with how the manager Julie spoke to me, but after some insistence they and gave me a discount, so I stayed with them for awhile for weekly cleanings. - They have a few ladies who do great work, but you have to insist that they come, otherwise they send anyone. Personally, I am uncomfortable having strangers in my house and sometimes they send young, unmotivated and inexperienced girls. -They have a time block of when they Should arrive, but I had a few instances where the girls could not make it by 1. Once again, I choose to be home when they come. This would not be an issue if you don't mind cleaning personal in your home while you're way, just my personal preference.

I have used this sevice for over a year and I am very satisfied. I can no longer clean my house like I did in the past, they have been a God send. I am 78 year old and in poor health. The girls arrive on time and go stright to work. They go the extra mile in cleaning baseboards, windows, celling fans. and more. When they leave my house smells sooo good and clean .Last time they gave my screen room a deep cleaning, gettin ready for summer. I can't tell you how great it is to have my house in ship shape order. All the girls they sent me have been great and do good work. I am wrighting this review because I wanted to thank all the girls that have cleaned my house how pleased I am with their service. I am sure you will be too. NO NEGTIVES FROM ME Annie Still

This agency was quite bad. They attempted to convince me they would need so many hours to clean my home that only my husband and I live in. Whe the 2 young girls were observed standing on my bed to clean off a fan which didn't need cleaning I fired them.

I started service with them about 6 months or so prior to leaving them. My biggest complaint was the fact that I felt like I had to keep calling them to remind them of things that I already told them that they said would be printed on my ticket. I think this is frustrating as a consumer. The other frustrating thing is that sometimes I felt like I could do a better job cleaning than they could (and that's not even my profession, which is why I got the service to begin with!). Now, don't get me wrong, there were areas of my home that they were PHENOMENAL at cleaning (i.e. my bathrooms!), there were other areas (i.e. my kitchen) that I never seemed to be overly impressed with. I only accepted a re-clean one time- which was my first cleaning that they came out. The reason I didn't accept a re-clean the other times is because it just didn't seem worth it for them to come out again to "re-clean" two or three things, I did it myself. Once I had pulled the final straw with them- I called to cancel. They put my account on "red alert" and sent their top dogs to clean. Okay... so now we are talking! This is what I always thought the process should feel like. These cleaners really knew how to service a customer! I was curious as to why it took like 4 months to receive this level of service? So, as I was completely happy with the new cleaners, I noticed that the "A-team" cleaner didn't come out the last time to my house. I honestly was crushed and thought I'd have to call in again to ask why. So, I started my own search and started consulting with other cleaning services. In the midst of all of this, I ended up finding someone else to clean my home (which I am now paying $100/cleaning, so more money), and when I called to cancel and express my concern that the "A-team" wasn't on my account anymore, I did find out that there were health issues with this one "A team" in particular. So I did feel bad and I really honestly hope that this professional cleaner of theirs, who really put her heart and soul into servicing their clients comes out of her health issues on top. I am very glad that I switched companies. Since this was my first experience EVER with a cleaning crew, I was overall disappointed with the amount of phone calls and work I had to do to finally get their "A Team". Maybe the whole industry is like that? I can't answer that question. But what I can say is, if I were to switch companies again in the future, Maid Pro would not be one of the companies I would call. I wish every other consumer best of luck in your searches and I hope that this review helps you.

Our experience with MaidPro for our 1900 sqft home was good. There were a few very important advantages working in our favor with MaidPro at the 1900 sqft home including living a few houses away from the owner, no alarm system to confuse the maids, and most important of all we had the same person cleaning our house each time. I don't care whose maid service you use, the one thing that everyone I know who has used a maid service agrees with is if you don't get the same person or people cleaning your home each time, the results are going to be inconsistent. We did at our 1900 sqft home and the cleaning results were consistently good, we didn't at our new home and the cleaning results were generally good, but they failed in other key areas just as important way to often. We moved to a new, larger home in mid 2009 and that's when our experience with Maidpro really went downhill. The cleanings were still good (we have no issues with their cleaning ability), but in our new home MaidPro constantly sent different people to our home which led to the secondary issue that eventually caused us to discontinue service. For some reason the maids that MaidPro sent to our home could not consistently figure out how to lock doors or set an alarm. We had incident after incident where MaidPro's maids set off our alarm, failed to arm the alarm when they left, and in some cases even failed to lock doors. We want our house cleaned, not "cleaned out" and MaidPro's consistent failure to secure our home was a constant source of concern and aggrevation for my wife and me. We tried for almost two years to resolve the issue, because our positive history with MaidPro. We called MaidPro and spoke to managers and supervisors on numerous occassions all of whom promised us they would resolve the problem. They didn't. We suggested that a supervisor come to our home for the cleanings to help the maids with the alarm system (which is simply pressing five numbers on a keypad). While the supervisors all promised to correct the issue none ever bothered to come to our home to ensure the issue was corrected. We tried leaving notes for the maids asking them to call us if they needed help with the alarm, but my wife and I are convinced that most of the maids MaidPro sent to our home did not understand written English as they rarely followed any instructions we left. In fact, the MaidPro managars and supervisors asked us to stop leaving the maids instructions because (to use their words) "it confuses them". Wow, simple instructions written in English like, "if you have trouble arming the alarm please call us on our cell phone at XXX-XXXX" were too confusing? They must have been because in the almost three years we had this issue, I only received a call once from a Maid who spoke very little English (fortunately I can speak some Spanish) and I helped her set the alarm. More often than not though, when they couldn't set the alarm they simply left the house and without setting the alarm. There were also some other issues like being double billed that MaidPro didn't handle well. Rather than assume my claim of double billing was correct, they asked me to prove it by faxing them my credit card bill (because apparently they cannot see in their system that they double charged me). When I did prove it there was no apology, no offer to discount a cleaning or otherwise make up for the fact that they would have double charged me had I not caught it. Just an "ok we won't charge you for the next cleaning". It didn't leave me feeling like MaidPro was at all concerned about inconveniencing me or double charging me. With all the issues I was ready to give up and stop service, but my wife wanted to try to resolve it. However, after about 3-4 months of attempting to fix the situation with MaidPro she cancelled the service. To both of us the most incredible part of the whole story and the best summarization of our frustration was that after we cancelled service we had two different MaidPro people including a manager call us and ask us "what they did wrong"!!!! Seriously, we'd been trying to resolve the failure to set our alarm and secure our house for years and you call us and ask us what you did wrong? What that told is us that nobody listened and/or nobody cared about our issues. We later got a call from MaidPro offering a "free cleaning" if we would provide feedback on why we left. If it wasn't so pathetic, it would be funny. To be fair if I were reviewing MaidPro on cleaning our old home, I'd have given them an A. However, after three years of struggling with them and with managers who listen but don't hear or really care to solve the problems, the rating today is a D.
