 + -1 moreI THINK THAT IT IS FINE THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE, BUT I CONSIDER IT A BREACH OF CONTRACT BECAUSE I HAD THE APPOINTMENT SET. THEY SHOULD KEEP PEOPLE AROUND TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CURRENT CUSTOMERS.
Description of Work: I CALLED AND HAD AN ESTIMATE TO TRIM TWO TREES. WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY, HOWEVER, THEY CALLED ME YESTERDAY AND SAID THAT THEY WILL BE TRAVELING TO PENSACOLA FOR THE HURRICANE.

Description of Work: WE HAD M&M DO A TON OF WORK. MOVED INTO A NEW HOUSE WHICH NEEDED SEVERE EXTERNAL MAINTENANCE AFTER NEGLECT. 11 TREES WERE CUT DOWN AND STUMP-GRINDED, 27 TREES WERE TRIMMED OF DEAD BRANCHES AND SHAPED, A SEGO (SMALL) PALM TREE WAS REMOVED (DYING), AND MANY HARDENED PLANTS/BUSHES AROUND HOUSE AND POOL AREA WERE REMOVED (TOO SOLID FOR AMATEUR REMOVAL). MARTI WAS RESPONSIVE, DESPITE M&M RECENTLY HANDLING IVAN DAMAGE IN PENNSACOLA, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL WHILE WARM AND FRIENDLY, AND HELPED US EVALUATE OUR INITIAL STATEMENT OF SCOPE INTO A FIRM PLAN OF ACTION. THEY CLEANED UP DAILY, AND FOLLOWED-UP ON A SATURDAY FOLLOWING ALL THE WORK TO ENSURE WE WERE SATISFIED AND GAVE ADVICE ON HANDLING A COUPLE OF ITEMS THEY COULD NOT PERFORM FOR US (OR RISK DAMAGING POOL DECK). I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A SECOND, AND ACTUALLY PLAN TO AGAIN. OUTSTANDING COMPANY; RATED A B FOR PRICE TO LET YOU KNOW THEY'RE A LITTLE MORE, BUT IT IS WORTH IT. DO NOT HESITATE.
