 + -1 moreWe were not satisfied with M&M lawn repair services. The hedger was with them for 8 weeks and when I finally got it back from them, it had so much dust on it, I knew they had not touched it. They owe you to provide promise service and they still wanted to charge me an 85 dollar service charge. So I told them I could get a new hedger for that and left the piece of equipment with them. It wasn't working and I wasn't going to pay 85 dollars to have it continue not to work. There was another gentleman in the shop with me and he was an actual lawn care guy and he dropped a lawn mower off and they weren't going to release it to him unless unless he paid an additional 175 dollars. They were taking advantage of the man's poor English skills and I think they pulled a fast one on him.
Description of Work: They promised to service our hedger and didn't do it.

Description of Work: Bravo and thank you very much, Mike. Very upfront with every thing. Helped me out even though they had a 3 week finish time. Questioned me on 'my maintanace' upkeep to see if my lack of upkeep was the problem. Checked one other thing, found that that was the problem. Excellant customer service. I will be bringing my mower back after rainy season and get a full work up on it. Thank you M&M..

Description of Work: Lowes told us to take our Briggs & Stratton generator here for service. We waited 2.5 months until we finally got after them. When we went over, their man was belligerent and threatening. They charged us $60 and failed to fix it after all that time.
