Outstanding work by Lou Phillips and his team. I had major sinkhole damage in the garage and they fixed cracks, painted the interior of the garage and applied Epoxy finish to our garage floor. I am super impressed by this company. The owner was on-site during the entire repair. I researched his epoxy product and it was of very high quality. This company also painted my house last year and I was impressed with the quality and attention to detail so I decided to give them a try on the epoxy floor. I could not be more pleased with the results and professionalism of this company. The before and after pictures are amazing and the garage now looks like a showroom.

Exterior of the house. This is the best job that I have ever seen for myself and homes of my friends that have had their house is painted. This is by far the greatest job that I've ever seen.

I got several quotes for painting the exterior of my home. These guys were in the middle of my range of quotes, but I chose them because of their professionalism, which they demonstrated right from the start. Austin was my point of contact and he was very responsive to all of my questions and communication was great throughout the process. The team showed up on time and did a wonderful job. The house looked awesome when they were done. We were very happy with the results and the whole experience. It couldn't have gone better. I would highly recommend this company for any painting project.

I wish there was higher than a 5 star rating. I cannot say enough about the company and their service. Starting with the initial visit from Ray Gonzales for the review and estimate. He was honest, caring and courteous. The price was reasonable and fair. I was a bit stressed about the project and had concerns for the stress it would cause my cats. Frank and his team (Shaun and Dennis) were wonderful. Frank came the day before with Ray to review the project and let me know what to expect. They completed the job (inside ceiling and outside the entire house) in about over 3 days. Ray called me each day to not only make sure I was happy with the project so far, but the first thing he would ask was "how are the cats holding up". Frank, Shaun and Dennis were wonderful, respectful of my needs, and professional. And, the house looks wonderful!

Excellent. They came out and gave us a bid; then scheduled a timeframe to start. The crew arrived on time and did the prep work, painted, and cleaned up. They had previously painted our interior before and were just as great.

I'm very disappointed that I have to leave a negative review, because most of the service provided was very satisfactory. Ray Gonzalez came to our home for initial consult and we immediately trusted him and felt a good rapport. He kept up with communications and always responded very quickly to any needs during our exterior paint process. (He recommended service providers, brought paint samples, and communicated with the painting contractors promptly for any issues.) Lou Phillips is very lucky to have Ray Gonzalez. The final paint job looks great, although the contractors had many delays from weather and illness . A small issue was the painters were smoking outside in the front of our house. Unfortunately, after the job was completed we noticed several dead spots in our lawn. Also, our neighbors who had their house painted at the same time by Lou Phillips also had dead spots in their lawn. They were from the painters rinsing their paint into our lawns. There was paint residue in the spots, and along my neighbor's fence, as evidence that this was the cause. I contacted Ray who promptly contacted the owner. I was told by my landscapers it would be $200 to fix the spots. The owner, Lou Phillios, refused the $200 discount and countered me $150. Absolutely unacceptable, his painters were careless and I'm not paying $50 more dollars to repair my lawn out-of-pocket for their carelessness. Ray and Lou personally came to my house and to discuss. Lou Phillips left a bad impression. He stated "my painters have to rinse out their stuff somewhere". He continued on about how this has never happened before. He had just come from my neighbor's house, and offered no compensation for their broken light fixtures and lawn issues. My neighbors and I are remissed that we have to leave negative reviews, because Ray Gonzalez was so good, but Lou Phillips was so rude and unprofessional we have no choice. We have made a point of telling friends in the neighborhood not use Lou Phillips.

The painters did a very thorough prep and painting job. They were also very polite and professional. They did a very good job cleaning up afterward.

Norman and Andre were professional, friendly, and helpful. The paint looks great and they cleaned well after.

Logan came out to see what was needed. He talked with us about what we wanted -- all of the interior (in our yard) and some of the exterior (neighbors who don't have a fenced-in yard). Then he took that info back to the main office and they quoted a price that we believed was fair and appropriate. They worked within our schedule to come out to perform the work. First they power washed. The next day they began painting. The painting took 2 days because of amount of dew on the fence in the morning that had to dry off before they could begin. We were very pleased with the result. Our neighbors also told us that the fence exterior that faces their houses was done very well.

I was thoroughly impressed with Lou Phillips Painting. The whole process was smooth. Our Project Manager was Logan. During the estimation phase Logan walked me through the whole process and ensured that any questions/concerns were addressed. The entire project took 2-3 days. A big thank you to the painting team! Norman, Dre, and Johnny were excellent! The team arrived promptly at 7:30 AM each morning of work and were great at communicating their progress each day. I was extremely impressed with the level of detail in preparation of the house (trenching, pressure washing, patching, priming, sealing) and even more impressed with the finished painted product. Norman (the project foreman) went above and beyond to ensure the job was done to my liking and performed a thorough walk around with me the last day to touch up any missed spots. Norman made it clear they would not leave until I was happy. I would definitely hire this company again for any future painting projects.

Crew did a great job, showed up on time and cleaned up perfectly. No issues. I would recommend them and hire them again. I needed it done on short notice based on another contractor not having insurance and Lou Phillips Painting made this happen for us.

It went great. Logan and his team did a great job. The house looks brand new again. I am very happy with their work. I am picky by nature but I could not find a single problem with their work. They were friendly and professional. I would like to add that the one thing Lou Phillips Painting did that NONE of the other painting business did who gave me an offer was to email me a PDF of their Workman's Compensation and General Liability insurance. I checked with the insurance company and verified the policies were still in effect. This way I was confident that I was safe from any lawsuits if a painter got injured on the job. NO other company sent this to me!!
