The two men who came in did an amazing job and were exceptionally quick. They were at my door a few minutes before my appointment was scheduled and were ready to review and setup to work. They worked throughout the day and amazed me at the speed with which they conquered the rooms. They were also very diligent about cleaning up after their work. They were in the house working by 8 am and done by 3pm. There were two spots that needed attention I did not see until after the painters left. I called Lou about it the next day and he agreed to send someone out the next Saturday to correct it without any extra charge or any hassle. I am now looking to schedule the exterior painting with them.

I can't imagine how the experience of getting my house painted could've been any smoother than what it was with Lou Phillips. I was always able to contact the company whenever I had questions leading up to the job. When it came time to pick the colors and make the final preparations, Austin was very helpful. I would recommend Lou Phillips to anyone. They did an excellent job and the price was great.

Very punctual when coming by to do estimate and to complete the actual work. 4 men showed up to do the work and they each knew their duties. Worked very well together as a team. Completed the work in 3 days. Very clean.

These are highly professional advance and work teams. Very responsive to both phone calls and emails. Competitive pricing. Met with representatives twice, walked the property, discussed job in depth. Pressure washing on Monday. Three-man paint crew arrived Wednesday, fully equipped, covered all surfaces, taped windows and doors, caulked, spray-painted base white, kept us up to date on progress, worked throughout the day, arrived on Thursday morning to finish the trim work. Very efficient, even on some difficult areas high on the roof lines. Left plenty of all three colors of paint for upkeep. Immediate inquiry as to our satisfaction with the job. We would definitely recommend Lou Phillips to others. They followed our requests to the letter, were reliable, true to word. We're very pleased with the outcome.

The team was wonderful. Lou met with me to provide me with the estimate and Austin met with me the morning of the job and made sure the the team of painters had what they needed. Lou sent a touch up guy the next day to cover an area that did not dry properly due to humidity. Very pleased with the results.

I was given options to make it cheaper/less quality paint vs. more expensive/ but using great quality paint. I liked having the option. I chose one of the more expensive ones. I hired Lou on the spot. His professionalism sold me. His assistant Austin who supervised the painting kept in close contact. Called me before and after. Workers arrived early, did quality work, faster than I thought they would. The painters did smoke and you could smell the smoke on them, but they never smoked near the house and they were very friendly. Beautiful work. I have gotten so many compliments on my house. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Worth every single penny and then some.

Lou was very professional in the whole process, will use them again. Lou showed up with the crew to explain what was needed to complete our painting job and he called after it was completed to make sure it was to our satisfaction. The crew came on Saturday they painted the interior with one coat (color was similar) , did our base boards (completed the job in one day) ! They covered furniture, floors, taped outlets, removed electrical cover plates, put everything back together and cleaned up after the job site. Our home looks great, they did a good job and a pleasure to work with!

This home is a rental property, and the tenant painted very dark "designer" colors in several rooms, did a terrible job "touching up" when his lease was not renewed, requiring the majority of the home to be repainted. Lou was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate, scheduled the job for just a week or so away, and did an outstanding job painting the home in record time using quality materials - at an extremely competitive price. The work done was very high quality, and Lou's crew actually painted two more rooms than I had asked for, effectively completing the entire home. I have used Lou Phillip's Painting Inc. on a previous occasion for the exterior of the same home, and the job was performed equally as well as the above. Being a Realtor, I suggest and recommend quality vendors to clients, family and friends all the time. Lou's at the top of my list. Lou and his team did an incredible job advising, matching color, and painting the exterior of our home. Austin was the project manager assigned to our house. He and his team were extremely professional, courteous, and their attention to detail was second to none. The project was absolutely painless and the house looked great. Austin followed up a few weeks later to make sure we were satisfied with the job and if we had anything that need to be addressed. I contacted three companies for estimates to have the exterior of our house painted. I would have been comfortable using any of them but I settled on Lou Phillips. The initial estimate was presented by Lou Phillips but all followup was done with Austin. The price was so reasonable that we decided to have them paint our pool deck and our utility shed also. We could not be happier with the outcome of this project. We've always had good luck with Angie's List contractors but our experience with Lou Phillips was the best so far. Every step of the process was handled in a very professional and timely manner.....from returning phone calls and being on time for appointments to the actual work. The work crew for our job was Derek, Tony and Chris. Each day they reported right on time and got to work immediately. They were professional, personable and, most importantly, they were respectful of our home. They spent almost as much time prepping the house as they did painting it. Without proper preparation you will have serious issues down the road. I know this from personal experience with another painter that we used years ago. The deck painting and touch ups were performed by Dave who was also very personable and great to work with. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. What more can you ask for? This company prides itself on giving its customers a great product at a great price. They use top of the line Sherwin Williams paint and cover everything that's not being painted. When the job was done they made sure I was happy and addressed a few minor issues immediately. I really can't say enough good things about this company. It's really a shame that more companies don't follow a business plan like this.

Actual painter was good, the management and sales dept of the company were annoying and troublesome at times.

It went great! They did a great job. Start to finish was 4 days. They changed the color of our home from gold to taupe. And the trip from red to off white.

I got several quotes, and this company stood out by far in terms of professionalism. I easily scheduled an estimate at my convenience. They were booked a couple of weeks out to do the job, which is a good sign in my opinion. A coordinator came out and walked around the home, making sure all details would be addressed. The crew themselves were AWESOME. Frank, Greg and Alex were professional, kind, competant and hard-working. They communicated with me along the way, and cleaned up as they went which is huge. They really took their time and did everything right, paying attention to little details. Greg was even kind enough to carry my groceries to my door while I had to deal with my toddler! Service like that rarely exists anymore. At the end, Frank walked around the house with me to make sure I was happy with everything. He made me feel comfortable through the entire process, which can definitely be stressful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Your home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make, so it pays to choose professionals! Thank you
