Description of Work: The company was very responsive to my Saturday call for a plumber to fix a burst irrigation line that left me with water turned off. It was a hard job and late in the day, so I know the plumber was probably tired. Still I had impression that the plumber took longer to finish job than should have. Had to go to Lowes for PVC irrigation line. He replaced small half-foot sections of line, which broke in a series,instead of just replacing entire 3 feet of line that ran under a wooden sidewalk. Roots had pushed against the pipe and I think he wanted to avoid digging up full length that passed under walkway in case he encountered more roots. But it didn't make sense for me to replace the walkway deck boards over a patch in the pipe when a 3 ft of pvc would replace the entire length running under the walkway deck boards. He eventually did replace entire section. But only because small patches in line pushed breaks to occur further along the pipe. Worked out in the end, but not because of thinking ahead. May have just been end of a long hard day for all of us.

Description of Work: I recently called because the kitchen sink had a really slow drain that in previous occasions I had to have it addressed by Roto Rooter but never completely resolved. I also told Roto Rooter to check the garbage disposal to ensure it was ok. Long story short, Chip from Llona came over resolved the issue fast for the slow drain and also replaced the garbage disposal as it was broken. Awesome service and pleasant staff!

 + -1 moreI've had 2 very positive experiences with this plumbing company. The first was an emergency situation with an outdoor leaking pipe in my frontyard. Of course, it had to happen on a Saturday! But Llona was great and got someone out first thing that morning. He took care of the pipe and also turned up my water heater for me free of charge (I didn't know how to do this myself). My second experience, I had Llona work on a few things around my house (running toilet, leaking faucet). They are very good about sending someone promptly AND letting you know when they are on the way so you don't have to sit around all day waiting. They are friendly on the phone and their workmen are always professional and polite. Their pricing seems very fair too.

 + -1 moreReceived quote within 24 hours (that's the good part). Cost is excessive and will not be using this company. They wanted "1.5-2.5 hours plus materials" at $80/hour PER TOILET installed!!! That adds up to between $120 - $240 PER TOILET. Charges are obscene. A good handyman can install a toilet for $80 to $100, especially one that's provided for him. There is even a coupon charging $220.00 for a NEW TOILET INCLUDING INSTALL for this vendor, so the gall of trying to charge between a minimum of $360 and a maximum of $720 to install three toilets is insulting. No plumber is worth that much, period. This is a simple job and can be done by nearly anyone who knows how to set a wax seal and spin a water hose onto the cold water supply. The only hard part is lifting the toilet. Maybe I'll go find a handyman..these people are out of touch. In response to the reply by the vendor: I have your email, and it is quite specific regarding the quoted pricing. There is no misunderstanding on my part, and I resent the implication that you believe I cannot add. I hired Independent Plumbing and spent a total of $168 for ALL THREE toilet installations. To be fair, I paid $28 each for two flanges...but the total charges came to the same you wanted for ONE installation. Independent Plumbing will be my plumber of choice from now on. Quality work, clean work, professional service and GREAT PRICES.

 + 0 moreThey totally ripped out the entire shower stall and started from scratch because there was a defect on the very bottom of the shower stall. They ripped out the tub and gutted the whole tub area. They also retiled the wall. The owner would come out himself, and he also had people that worked for him. They were here every day. The owner would go out and buy materials that were needed. He was hands-on involved with the project. He oversaw everything and looked at what needed to be done. They were very good. They did a very good job at a good price.
Description of Work: We used LLona Plumbing to redo the shower in a rental unit. In the same home they removed a tub and installed a different one in the bathroom.

They where very empathetic and prompt arriving in less than one hour and fixing the problem immediately. I appreciate them going above and beyond and being so nice during a difficult situation. I appreciate their friendly and professional attitude even though it was after hours.
Description of Work: Llona Plumbing was a great company to work with and they have a unique honest and friendly approach. Larry the owner has over 35 years experience and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge. It is nice to call a company and feel that they are listening to your concerns and that they followed thru and completed the job efficiently and professionally. They are licensed and insured and plumbing is something that a professional should do and not a handy man! They did an excellent job for a very competitive rate and I feel we got more than our money's worth. It feels good to support a local company that is family owned and operated and not a big chain. You can see the difference in their personalized service and quality work. I will continue to call Llona for all of my future plumbing needs and I will not hesitate to tell all my friends and family. I know if you select this company that they will not let you down. I was also amazed with the reasonable rates.
