Really nice and professional

We called on Sunday evening with a clogged toilet and reached answering service. A plumber returned our call promptly. We requested a plumber for first thing Monday morning. They said they could have a plumber out by 8-8:30 the next morning. Approx. 8:15 am, we received a call that the plumber was on his way. He arrived promptly and was very courteous. He performed the job successfully and was very neat and clean. We will definitely use again.

I called for an appointment at 8.15am on a Monday, and the technician was there at 9.30am. I had tried to resolve the partially clogged drain myself over the course of several days (using a snake, Liquid Plummer, etc.) and just couldn't get it. The technician arrived and went into the drain from the opening on the roof and cleared everything out. Fast, professional - couldn't ask for anything more.

On a Sunday afternoon we had everything backing up into the house. I called and they had someone out within an hour. He was very nice and very professional. I was afraid of how much it may cost on weekend, but was pleasantly surprised by the price. I would highly recommend this company.

Larry was very prompt and professional when he came to give the bid, which was part of the reason why we went with Llona Plumbing; the other part was because the price was very competitive. The plumbers worked with me to customize several things in the house, including placing the electric water heater outside (which required pouring a concrete slab and ordering/putting together a large metal enclosure), fitting the kitchen sink into a bedroom dresser that I had retrofitted, and changing the pipes in the two bathrooms to accommodate two chests/nightstands that I wanted to convert into bathroom vanities. Llona Plumbing are good people, and I would definitely use them again.

Llona's plumber did an outstanding job - was very professional, polite, and helpful. Fixed everything quickly and its working great now. This is my second time using them and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Setting up the appointment was friendly and easy, and scheduling was flexible. Mike showed up and inspected the leak location on the first floor roof. He then described the various options, in detail, including complexity, cost, and pros/cons. I opted for the least invasive option first, which was to drill a hole in the roof and inspect it with a flexible "pen camera". He saw a few signs of leaks around the toilet flange, and recommended removing the upstairs toilet to investigate. After doing so, he determined that nothing looked out of place--so he replaced the wax ring and toilet. After doing some additional troubleshooting, we discovered that the shower would leak over the tub and that this was most likely the case of the leak. He recommended an easy DIY fix (corner guards on the tub)--which I have since implemented and it seems to have corrected the issue. Throughout the entire service, Mike was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The following day I received a call to ensure the issue was resolved, that the service was acceptable, and to make sure nothing else was required. I will definitely continue to use Llona Plumbing for all my plumbing needs--they are spectacular!

Mike arrived right on time and set to work dismantling the shower head which was completely blocked and then removing one of the shower taps which had a worn down washer and damaged screw. He explained that these were old taps and no longer in use. He fixed the problem and then warned us that eventually we would need to replace both taps but that for the time being, with gentle use, they would work. We have just completed a big renovation of our house so I appreciated the fact that he didn't push us to go for new equipment at this time but to make do with the old. He was very personable and professional - explaining exactly what was wrong and what could be done about it. We will definitely us them again.

My husband and I were taking a trip the afternoon of October 5th, when we noticed that there was a large amount of water, in a room adjacent to the bathroom. The water was appearing after someone took a shower. We knew that it had to be fixed as soon as possible, because we didn't know if the water was constantly leaking behind the shower wall, and didn't want a mold problem. When I called Llona Plumbing, it was a Saturday afternoon, and I was pleasantly surprised that someone actually answered the telephone! I quickly explained the problem and received a follow-up phone call from a plumber within 15 minutes! They informed me that someone would be at the house within 2 hours and someone would call again to let me know when the plumber would arrive within 30 minutes. Again, I received a call from the visiting plumber within 30 minutes of his arrival. The plumber fixed the problem and he ensured that there was no other leakage in the shower or wall areas. The total cost of the job was excellent and extremely fair. I also received a 10% Angies Discount off the total bill! I would definitely recommend this company again, and our family will use Llona Plumbing in the future. Great company with quality work!

We had a water leak which was resulting in very high water bills. LLona quickly isolated the problem to a leak in the copper pipe running from the water meter to the house. They applied for the required permit and replaced the complete pipe, which ran under the driveway. It was a professional job from start to fininsh and the price was very reasonable given the scope of work required.

I had noticed an area of buckling on my laminate flooring of one of my bedrooms, and just assumed that my son had spilled some liquid in the area. After a few weeks, a slight sulfur smell began to emanate from somewhere in the room, which I thought was coming from the sink in an adjoining bathroom. The floor began to buckle even more noticeable, at which point, I knew it was probably some hidden leak from below that was missed. My spouse removed part of the drywall which exposed a wet area near the shower fixtures. It was at this point the job was out of our hands, and I called Llona plumbing. They were very attentive when I explained our situation. It was early in the afternoon when I called, but they were able to get me scheduled the next day, which was a great relief to me. The plumber who came out was able to repair the leak immediately and diagnose the problem, which was a failure of the original builder to properly install the correct grade of hardware 17 years ago. (cheap PVC instead of brass valves). I imagine the other showers in my home also have this crappy hardware and those showers will probably leak in the future. He offered suggestions on how to keep an eye out for this type of problem in the future, via the use of a moisture detector. He also offered the name of some drywall repair services in case we needed it. He was punctual, professional and knowledgable. I was very pleased with the rapid response of Llona plumbing to my concerns about an ongoing leak, and their ability to fit me into their schedule ASAP.

They came out same day and fixed the issue in less than an hour. They do excellent. Mike the technician is very knowledgable and pleasant.

We contacted a few places and the responsiveness and quote were the best choice for us with Llona Plumbing. The installation was quick and the employee arrived on time and got his work done quickly.

We had a backed up sink and a leak from our washer hose. We called on a Friday morning and they were here that afternoon. They examined the issue, explained it to us in great detail, and fixed it very quickly. The whole experience was great starting from the moment I called to set up an emergency appointment. Highly recommend and will use again!!!

The work was completed quickly and professionally, and I was very pleased with the low cost. I will definitely call Llona in the future for any plumbing needs.

Well, it started out by my going downstairs and watching water flowing into my family room via the sliding glass door from the upstairs roof. We're having a deck put on the flat roof. The contractor said it was a one in a million chance of his hitting that tiny pipe. My plumber is out of business (I guess) so I quickly got on Angie's List to find a plumber. I called LLona Plumbing and the receptionist said she thought she could have someone out in 45 minutes. Meanwhile, the contract was trying to fix it himself. Bless his heart he just wasn't very good at it and my husband kept telling him to do his job and we would take care of the rest. Well, Chip came in about 30 minutes and fixed the problem right away. Saved! I am happy to say we now have a new plumber. I have put them in my Outlook contacts. Oh, yeah, and what a NICE guy Chip was!

I was able to reach a live person by phone and set a time for later that day. The plumber showed up and put on "booties" before entering which impressed me. I'm very satisfied with the service they provided. They were prompt and priced reasonably. I highly recommend these guys and will keep their number handy.

My husband noticed that our side yard seemed a bit soggy, but by Sunday, water was standing in the yard. My husband called Llona at noon and described the problem. He was given an estimate, advised of the additional fee for coming on a Sunday, and told someone would be there by 1 pm. A truck arrived promptly at 1 and by 3 pm the repair was made and the cost was as estimated. We were very happy with the response and knowledge of this company and have already recommended them to a neighbor.

I called the office and described the problem and Chip was at the house within 30 minutes. Chip knew what needed to be done and the problem was quickly corrected. I was impressed by the punctuality and professionalism.

He called ahead to come early for the scheduled time. The services were quick and thought. He was personable and did a good job.

Chris (technician) arrived right on time. He snaked out the line and that corrected the problem. There was some kind of blockage about 50 feet down the line. The work was performed neatly and professionally. While he was there, Chris noticed the toilet handle had to be held down for a few seconds to properly flush. Without being asked to fix this, he identified the problem and corrected it with a simple action. I would definitely use Llona again.

The Llona crew was great. Both men were fast, efficient and professional. They were also very neat and left the bathrooms clean.

l called Llona Plumbing after finding water standing on my back porch. The plumber,Chip, was here within 30 minutes, crawled under the house and discovered a large leak. Due to a concrete wall blocking access to the leak, he couldn't pinpoint the exact leak location. Llona sent an independent "leak finder" out the same day. He located the leak about 6pm and told me he would contact Llona with the information. I was not expecting to hear from Llona until the next day, so went out for dinner. When I returned, there was a call from Larry Llona, the owner, who wanted to discuss options and set an appointment time for the next day. I was pleasantly shocked that someone actually called after "business hours!" Chip returned the next day, capped off the leak and rerouted an outside water faucet. Everyone I dealt with at Llona Plumbing was polite, friendly, professional and very customer oriented. I also felt the price was extremely fair considering all the work that had to be done and the price included the "leak finder." I've used other plumbers in Tampa, but have, at last, found the one I'm sticking with!
