Description of Work: Same day service how great is that. I called, he called me back. He was working in the area and could be over in about 30 min. Actually showed up sooner, explained the procedure and did what was promised. No surprises, very professional and clean. Even cleaned out the dryer. In and out, no bs. Just the way i like it. Description of Work: The person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and polite. Showed up for appointment on time and was very thorough.He cleaned lint from the dryer all the way to where it vents outside. Also gave great tips to prevent lint buildup in the future. I would definitely use this company again.

Thanks so much for posting a kind review. You had a simple vent cleaning: dryer venting against an exterior wall. I blew out the exhaust system, connection, small pipe in the wall and cleaned the exterior flap and housing. I charge a service call for these jobs which makes it less than the average rooftop cleaning. I'm happy that you found me through Angie's List! Call when you need Lint Busters again. Happy Holidays!

Description of Work: Robert was on-time, professional and friendly. After completing the job my utility room was cleaner than he found it to begin with. Also checked to make sure the dryer was operating properly before he left. Worth every penny.

I'm just trying to provide a service that many homes need, and that people appreciate that much more once the job is done. Dryer fires are what I'm trying to prevent. It's a service that is critical for the efficiency of the dryer, but so many are unaware or tend to overlook. Remember that most loads will dry in 40 minutes or less. When your dryer takes significantly longer than that it's time to check the connection and duct system for blockage. Thanks again for taking time to respond! See you in a year or so.

Description of Work: I called yesterday to set up an appointment for the dryer vent cleaning. Mr. Kates scheduled the appointment for today. He called prior to arrival and arrived on time, which is always a plus. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, explaining what he would be doing and how to know when it was time for another vent cleaning. I will definitely contact him in the future for this service.

It was fairly elaborate for a vent exit, but it does the job. Your stackable washer and dryer also gave me plenty of room to work in your laundry room, so thank you! Thank you for posting a positive review of Lint Busters. One of the reasons that your dryer wasn't performing was because of the "bird cage" at the exit. It had filled with lint and created a "dead end" for ventilation. That's why so much lint had accumulated in the rest of the vent. It simply had no where to go. Remember that lint in the vent decreases air flow, thereby allowing lint to build up in the dryer. This is where the fire hazard comes from! Please remind your families, friends and neighbors how important it is to have the dryer vent cleaned and inspected annually.
