LINT BUSTERS DRYER VENT CLEANING

Robert showed up within the timeframe he provided when we set the appointment and he called to let me know he was on the way. He is very pleasant and personable. My vent is located on the roof of a 2 story condo building. He had all the equipment he needed to safely get to the vent. While he was on the roof, I asked him to let me know how the gutters looked as 2 sections are close to pine trees that are constantly shedding. I just wanted to know the status so I could have our community's maintenance person come to clean them if it was needed. He went ahead and removed the pine straw for me - a big help to me. I highly recommend Robert & Lint Busters!!

We were very pleased with the Service. Due to my work schedule I had to leave my mother who is a senior citizen in charge of the appointment. She was very pleased with how patient you were with her. Robbie was at it a while due to how clogged our stacks were; being new to the condo board, we didn't know how long ago the stacks had been cleaned, but he informed us not in some time. He went to the roof to sweep all the stacks downward, then went under the building where all the cleanouts are and worked removing all the lint. He then went with me to the owner's unit who had trouble with her dryer over heating to test the airflow and run the machine for a while. All seemed to function properly and there was good airflow. Robbie also came to our building last week to assess the building to give us a quote for service. I would highly recommend he and his company Lint Busters for all his professionalism and timeliness.

Robbie came out on a Saturday because he knew we were having issues with our clothes dryer. After checking several possible problem areas he could not find any clog. We determined that it is an issue with the dryer and not the vent. Since he could not fix the problem, no fault of his own, he did not want to charge us for his service call. It has been a very long time since I have dealt with someone of his professionalism , honesty and just plain decency. I will never use any other company for this kind of work. He has our business for life!

he did an excellent job, was punctual, acted very professional and offered advice for maintenance. he also did me an extra favor by cutting the vent hose shorter to make the dryer fit in its space better, something we discussed beforehand and he asked me if i would prefer it that way before doing it. i will definitely hire him again next time i need his service.

Robbie responded to my message sent via Angie's List right away. We set a date and time for him to do the work and he called me me before arriving to let me know he was on the way. We have lived in our home for 14 1/2 years and had never had the dryer vent cleaned out. Needless to say it was badly clogged. Robbie went to work, cleaned the vent and even leveled my dryer that was not balanced properly. He gave me some tips on when and when not to run the dryer to avoid the lint building up quickly again. He was friendly and personable and I would definitely utilize his service again.

One of the two main criteria I have for using a service or in deciding on a provider, based on estimates, is how well they communicate what needs to be done, keeping in mind my expectations. All around the service provided was excellent. He is very personable and communicates easily. I especially liked his explanation of what caused the clog and how it can be avoided, as much as possible, during the use of the dryer. He was punctual, knew what needed to be done and went about his work. I will definitely call him again for future needs. BTW: I washed a load right before he came and tested the dryer as soon as he was gone and I'm happy to say that it works as it should.

Robbie was fantastic! Everything from booking the appointment to when he completed the job, Robbie was nice and professional. He showed up on time and promptly got to work. He quickly identify the issue that was causing our clogged duct and replaced the part for us. He made sure the dyer worked as well without me even asking. Great experience from start to finish.

Robbie was extremely polite, professional, and efficient. He was able to schedule us within 24 hours, and he arrived punctually. We have an upper floor condo, and he was able to bring up his equipment and immediately cleaned our well-used dryer and laundry area. He brought the lint trap down to his van to clean it, and it looked like new! Then, he went above and beyond to help us move our washer/dryer stackable back into an extremely tight-fitting laundry space. He spent additional time helping us, and we are so happy and grateful that we hired Lint Busters. I am extremely impressed and highly recommended Lint Busters. I initially called a different company says it does work in my county but told me not often and didn't seem to care that he was losing my business. He basically said it's not worth my time to come there, sorry. I then called Robbie at Lint Busters (on Thursday, 4/9). He was very nice and answered my questions without pressuring me into scheduling. Once I checked my schedule I called him back and we scheduled for 9:30-9:45 this morning. My only complaint is that he called at 9:41 to say he had another commercial job come up that had to be done immediately and asked if noon would be okay. I planned my morning around this appointment so was irritated at first, but was fine with the adjustment because I didn't want to reschedule. I just asked that he text me when he was on his way, which he did. He arrived and immediately started unpacking his materials rather than dragging his feet like many people do. He asked a few questions about the dryer use, gave some recommendations then told me he'd get started and let me know how long it would take. The vent cleaning was definitely necessary but he let me know that the dryer would still need repair (which we assumed) and gave his opinion on it. It was a fast and pleasant experience. I definitely plan to hire Robbie again for our next vent cleaning. I just wish the dryer tech that we originally called would have scheduled an appointment just in case (when they told us the issue was the vent). Now we have to wait until Saturday for the tech to come out. The only other complaint I have, that's more of a suggestion, is to offer online booking. Online payment or even credit card via square or something comparable would be nice as well. Thanks, Robbie!

Robbie was great! He was pretty much everything I could hope for in a service provider: polite, prompt, responsive, professional, quick, reasonably priced, educated me about my dryer, provided some tips for the future, and cleaned up after himself. This is the second time Ive used this service. He is still on the ball and wish all service providers I dealt with were like him. He responded very quickly to my message and very conveniently scheduled my appointment. he arrived on time and prepared to do his job. He was, as I remember previously, professional, courteous, and thorough. He inspected the dryer and vent, cleaned both and then went up on the roof to check the exhaust port. I had recently had a new roof installed and the roofer had installed a screen over the one way flap. This caused a build up of lint from the dryer which caused two things. 1. The dryer to not work as efficiently at drying clothes meaning more time or additional cycles. 2. A potential fire hazard with the 2 inch pad of lint that had accumulated. Excellent work and I without reservation recommend him and will continue to use him into the foreseeable future!

I am highly satisfied with them. They were extremely prompt. They were very polite, neat, mindful of the dog not getting out, and personable. He pointed out some things that are mostly probably a couple of little tubing things that had to be replaced. He said that those are the kind of stuff that is all in the $85. So, I am just very satisfied with their promptness, politeness, and quality of service. They were out the next morning when I called about four o’ clock in the afternoon the day before.

Serviceman was punctual and polite. He gave me tips to lessen lint build up going forward and the recommended duration between cleanings. He cleaned the area afterwards.
