Very well! The dryer immediately did a better job of drying laundry. We now know we'll need to schedule this to be done routinely.

Rob came out within 24 hours of my request for an estimate. He inspected the dryer then crawled underneath our house to inspect the current venting spending a great deal of time and took photographs of the area. He indicated the solution was to extend it to the nearest exterior open area. He also explained the current venting was very tight and obstructed by plumbing pipes. The next day he emailed me an estimate for his services which I considered extremely reasonable. I agreed and he came out as scheduled and on time. He determined that the venting going from the dryer to the crawl space needed to be moved to allow clear passage of the dryer exhaust. He spent a good two hours and finished the work and totally resolved the problem. One of the things which truly impressed me about Rob's work, was his perseverance in finding a solution and the pride of good workmanship. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I called Robbie and attempted to make a scheduled appointment. He began to ask questions about our home and after I explained a few things, he actually advised it didn't sound like I needed his business. He explained that I did not yet have the signs and symptoms of needing my vents cleaned. I assumed that was a regular maintenance item you did every number of calendar days. You don't see that much anymore. I told him he does have my business in the future once we start to see the signs. Thanks Robbie.

Excellent job! Needed dryer vent cleaned before new w/d arrived. We have a 3 level townhouse and he was able to get to the roof and clear our a clog that would have been a big problem. Very professional, would definitely hire again.

Robbie was great! Was able to get an appointment scheduled the very next day. Arrived on time, professional and very personable. We had noticed that dryer was overheating and not drying clothes. Partial blockage on roof was removed and duct cleaned. He also vacuumed casing of dryer where lint screen was not sitting flush due to buildup. Explained everything he was doing, offered tips about when NOT to dry clothes (when raining or heavy dew in AM). Definitely a pleasure to have someone who is so friendly, upbeat and loves what he does!

The owner did my work, and came within a few days of my request (not an emergency, but just routine care), He did a great job cleaning my dryer vent and dryer. He also informed me that my laundry room is not insulated at all in the attic. No one had ever pointed that out! He was not trying to sell me anything by doing this, but just thought I would want to know. I appreciate this, and his professionalism, and the price was very reasonable!

Excellant service. I had originally called Sears for a service call. After waiting for sears tech to arrive, they informed me they can't do the service. I called Lint Busters and Robert came right out and cleaned my vent. He gave me helpful hints for the future and cleaned up all the mess I had made prior to his arrival. He cleaned my dryer vent and discovered that the roofers roofed over my dryer vent hole and that is why I was having problems with the vent. He was very good at what he does. He went in my attic to make sure that it wasn't vented into the attic. He was very professional. I would recommend him to my friends.

I originally contacted Rob about cleaning my dryer vent, and made a Friday afternoon appointment. My vent is nearly 30 feet long with two bends due to the laundry room being in the middle of the house. Rob had difficulty getting his equipment through the duct, so he went up into the attic to investigate. At that point, he discovered that the duct was broken, and my dryer had been venting into the attic (yikes!). Rob had to crawl through a very narrow space (packed with insulation) to access the broken duct and repair it. I was his last appointment of the day and he had family plans that evening... I offered to make another appointment to complete the unexpected work, but Rob stayed after dark to complete the job. The final cost was quite reasonable despite the additional time and effort required. I would highly recommend Rob / Lint Busters, and plan to use them again next year for repeat maintenance.
