Dear Angie's Member, my apologies for not answering the phone when you called. Some days I do commercial work that requires my attention for hours. I always do my best to return the call by the end of the day, unless I'm working into the evening. I then contact the customer the following morning between 8 and 9 am. I'm not certain where you got the approximate cost that you listed, but my rates are almost always less than $100 and Angie's List members get $5 off. I hope that you received satisfactory service with the company that you hired. Thank you.

Finding the blockage is the key on every dryer vent cleaning. Blockage usually begins near the exit. There are vents which have elbows that decrease the ability to push the air, moisture and lint. Those elbows gather more lint as a result. My equipment is able to negotiate the elbows, break up lint and remove the blockage. It's part of the reason why I have so many nice reviews. Description of Work: I reached out for assistance with my dryer. Unfortunately I was unable to get on the books for today however they referred me to another company that would be able to assist me. I cover a large geographical area and truly feel bad when I can't be of service as quickly as some folks need me. There are occasions when I refer customers to another vent cleaning company who me be able to reach them sooner. Again, I appreciate my customers and hate to turn them away, but if it's an urgent matter and I'm unable to get to them same day then I try to be helpful in other ways. Description of Work: I called Robbie, left a message, within about an hour he called back and scheduled an appointment for later in the week. I asked Robbie to call me ~30 minutes before the appointment, as I work close to my home. The day of the appointment, Robbie called me thirty minuets in advance, we then met at the house. Robbie got to work, assessed what one the key problem (vent screen cover) was, fixed that and completed the balance of the cleaning in about twenty minuets. Robbie (owner) was friendly, and preformed the work in a professional, conscientious manor. I will be using this vendor again A+.

Actually showed up sooner, explained the procedure and did what was promised. No surprises, very professional and clean. Even cleaned out the dryer. In and out, no bs. Just the way i like it. Description of Work: The person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and polite. I blew out the exhaust system, connection, small pipe in the wall and cleaned the exterior flap and housing. I charge a service call for these jobs which makes it less than the average rooftop cleaning. I'm happy that you found me through Angie's List! Call when you need Lint Busters again. Happy Holidays!
