Robert was really perfect. Called back quickly, came to appointment when he said he would, did a great job and was very careful on my roof. Cleaned everything up nicely. Even cleaned my Dryer's lint area. He also patched up an old dryer vent hole just to be a nice guy and did it for free. Yes, real professionals do exist. Work was done during the time stated and performed professionally and efficiently. My laundry room looked better after the work was done than before and I learned a few facts about how to avoid any possible issues in the future. I will continue to refer the company to co-workers. Excellent. He showed up same day as I called him. Took his time making sure all lint was out. The company we previously hired to clean our vents less than 2 years ago did not get everything out, as there was a TON of lint. This guy spent alot more time and effort cleaning the vent than the previous company did.

Do have an idea of your dryer usage per week and what type of articles you dry i.e. chenille blankets, fluffy towels vs synthetics and lab coats. It can help them estimate when you'll need another service. I have a horizontal vent, not vertical vent so my lint build up is different.

I called and spoke with Robbie, who subsequently came out to our condominium complex and cleaned three of the vent systems.He was punctual, honored his estimate and did an outstanding job. Our dryer was taking a very long time to dry a load of clothes. Even after 90 minutes a normal load of clothing was still damp. It finally dawned on us that just maybe the dryer vent might need cleaning because of the length of drying time and the dryer's lint filter was not gathering any lint. Robbie of Lint Busters did an excellent job! He readily scheduled an appointment for us, was on time, was very pleasant and professional, and did a very thorough job of cleaning out a dryer vent that had never been cleaned. He also replaced the connector from the dryer into the wall and then cleaned up after the job was finished. We were amazed at the amount of lint removed and how that amount of lint build up had affected the performance of the dryer. Drying time is now half of what is was previously. We are very, very happy with Robbie's service and will use Lint Busters again. We won't wait thirty years, either, for the next service!

Robbie showed up right on time to clean out our dryer duct. He was quick and very courteous. He took the tIme to show me the equipment he was using and to explain the process. When he was finished he showed me what was pulled out of the duct, and assured me that my dryer should work much better, which it did. He also answered all of my questions and gave me some tips on how to keep my duct clearer. Great guy and great service. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
