I don't know where to begin with explaining how amazing Linda is. Our experience with her as our real estate agent was nothing but extraordinary. We have had a few negative experiences (in another state) with house buying and selling and walked in the door wary and worn down. She not only reassured us, but took us under her wing and re-established our faith in real estate agent. I felt so lucky to have found her. She even helped us find the right finance person for our situation. She was an absolute angel in disguise. 
From day one, she helped us narrow down our house search to places in our price range that fit our family perfectly and when we hit on the perfect one on our first day out, helped us write a competitive offer that got accepted. She used every resource she had, and helped us navigate the inspection process and repairs and negotiations from there. I felt so cared for at each step of the way - she knew exactly what to do and what to say to make sure we got the house of our dreams. 
To boot: she's a wonderful person; she was sweet with our children. She isn't just professional, she's also a warm and friendly personality who we got along with well. She KNOWS real estate, from soup to nuts. She knows her side of the transaction (buying and selling), and she knows who to talk to about contracting and repairs and landscaping. You really can't ask for a better agent. If you need a real estate agent, call Linda. You will not be disappointed. 

Tyler showed us many, many homes with no pressure and in a very relaxed manner. When we found the one we wanted he helped us every step of the way through closing. The process went very smoothly and my husband and I were very happy working with him. We had a last minute finance situation, but he helped us handle it quickly and efficiently and we still closed on time. We will contact him again when we sell and will recommend him to our friends and family.  

They were excellent. They were very knowledgeable about the area and market. They were just very helpful and we could not be more pleased with them. We had a lot of questions and they answered them in a timely manner. They were able to sell the home within the range that we were looking to sell it for. They were very professional as well.

They were fine.  They did a good job.  They tried.  It did not eventually go through them but they were receptive and very good.  They showed us around some of the apartments and properties for rent throughout the Tampa Bay area.  They were very helpful.  They did not charge us anything.

Linda was fantastic.  Very responsive and on top of everything.  I would whole heartedly recommend her!!

There is not enough I can say about the incredible experience my wife and I had with Linda Leban as our agent, but here are a few comments that hopefully help describe it.   We had been in the same property for 15 years and loved it, but decided to upgrade with believing the market was hitting a low for prices and interest rates also still being low.  We had hired an agent who sorry to say was not on his game (made us feel we were bothering him and did not follow up with our questions / requests)  We heard about Linda from my wifes friend and gave her a call.  We expressed our displeasure with prevous agent and right off the bat she let us know we would have none of that with her. She explained to us in detail how she would represent us in our needs to both find our new dream home and sell our current property.  with over 20 years experience she had every resource know to man/woman!  She hooked us up with the best finance representative, inspection sevcies and fix it up persons you could ask for.  We had been looking for several months and seemed to be coming to table late on every listing we liked.  We were looking for a conventional sale and thought it was a buyers market, but Linda soon informed us it was based on inventory and there was not alot of conventional sale listings out there making it a bit better for the seller.  She sent us new listings immediately, we saw one of the listing we liked on line at 8am, Linda met us at the listing at 2pm, we made a no nonsense offer at 4pm and by 10pm had a contract executed.  On our property we were selling she shot it to us straight and let us know all the things we needed to do so it showed well.  Though we could not meet all of her suggestions for improvements she was patient with us.  She was even more patient with us when our first two contracts fell through due to buyers financing issues, she just said third times a charm. (thank goodness it was).  She made us feel confident in our listing price showing us all of the current comparable listing (calling them the competition) around us and expalining how to really compare apples to apples  Linda is friendly, funny, quircky, energenic, professional, thorough, has a zest for life and for her profession.  We highly highly highly recommend her if you are in the market to buy or sell a home!

The process was rockier because of the economy and my lenders.However, Linda was consoling throughout the whole process.  She was confident that everything would go well.Linda assisted with most of my questions.  She is accessible by many means but occasionally she fails to answer an email or text.  It NEVER resulted in a harsh outcome.Linda also pushed my lender on when he would get the numbers done as well as my loan approved when it came closer to closing.Linda was very knowledgeable about the area of Tampa.  When first meeting her to look at homes, she greeted my mother and I with Florida oranges.  She drove us around the homes in her vehicle and gave us a tour of Tampa on the way to the homes.Linda was very supportive throughout the whole process and gave me any information that I need to help me close.  I was a first-time buyer so I had a ton of questions.
Overall, I think Linda has a lot of clients, which is good and bad.  Good in that many people think she is a good realtor.  Bad in that she can be spread thin at busy seasons.  However, the overall result was very positive despite the minor flaws.

We moved to the area almost a year ago and we were renting. We were interested in a property and had been contacted by Linda via our agent from where we moved from. She showed us the property which was a short sale and gave us her honest opinion on its value. She was very knowledgeable about how short sales worked and walked us through every step of the process and stayed on top of the selling agent. When we decided not to proceed after a several months she showed us many properties that met our requirements. If there was a property that we needed to see immediately she made sure she got us in. Once we found a property that we wanted she was extremely helpful in the process of purchasing the house and securing the loan. Great experience!

I'm a first-time home buyer and I don't think I would have made it through the process without Tyler's help. During the house hunt, he looked out for my best interest by pointing out older roofs and A/C units that would need to be replaced soon. Once I found the house I wanted, he handled negotiations with the seller over both price and repairs. He also kept track of what needed to be done at any given time during the preparations for closing, following up with the title company, the seller, and my mortgage broker, so that we were able to get through the process quickly and close in 3 weeks from the time I first saw the house. His calm, his professionalism, and his good humor helped me get through the nerve-wracking process of buying my first house.
