If you want the cheapest work, Lifestyle Remodeling is not for you. If you are willing to pay more for quality, consider LifeStyle Remodeling. We were very happy with their work and final product. It was definitely worth it to us.

This is a very professional company. Communication with them was easy. They called periodically to tell us the next phase of the process. The workmanship was outstanding. We are very pleased with the result.

All the staff from the office to the field people were friendly, professional, simply top notch, and kept us informed at every step of the process. The sales rep demonstrated the product in our home and gave us a variety of options to fit our needs. When the plans for the walls and windows were drawn up for our approval, two options were included. Two workmen removed the walls and ceiling from the old screen room in one day. Our existing cement slab needed to be leveled and capped since the floor had a downward pitch from the old screen room. The workman that put in the new forms and poured the floor was meticulous throughout the process. He came back at about 9 PM to put the final smooth finish on the new floor surface. The floor surface looks so smooth we are thinking of just painting it. The new lanai is 19 feet by 10 feet and is attached to the rear of the house. The walls, windows and ceiling were Temo products. We looked at three contractors and felt this was a superior product. It was the most expensive but then the walls were 3 inches thick as well as the ceiling. Temo is a customizable product that allowed us to have a transom window above the sliding windows in the walls to let more light into the room. Other products did not allow us to do this. The door was a single pane with no screen available. The first thing installed was a frame attached to the cement floor. The wall units were placed into this. After the building inspection for proper frame attachment to the floor (lag bolts), the walls and ceiling went up the next day in short order. The same two workmen put the room together in only two days. All corners and gaps were caulked. The eave ventilation in the roof line of the lanai area was also covered at no cost to us giving it a more finished look. (Our room was attached to the existing roof line. We did not cut back into the roof.) Wiring for a fan was installed in the center of the ceiling in a wiring channel. We will install this at a later time. No additional electrical outlets were installed but a wire chase at the base of the walls runs around the entire room allows for any future electrical service upgrading. The downspouts attached to the integrated gutter system were over-sized, an excellent feature for FL downpours. We are very pleased with the room and enjoy the room for many hours every day. It has expanded our living and entertaining space.

Great first impression, but left a bad taste in my mouth. Lifestyles was very professional in setting up my appointment, prompt in returning my inquiry, and confirmed my appointment a day in advance. The salesman was exactly on time, and was very pleasant, and provided options for me, including design adjustments that could save $$ for me. I was very clear that I was in the process of gathering information, and in the process of contacting other companies to obtain estimates, so that I could make an informed decision and understand all of my options for such a large expenditure. After reviewing options and pricing, the salesman's 'aw shucks' demeanor changed dramatically when he realized he was not going to be able to push me into making a decision at that time. I had to repeat myself more than once that I would not be making any kind of commitment that day, that I was still gathering information. The pricing for a closed in patio enclosure (one end at 7 ft, and the long end at 25 ft) including roof using single pane glass was over $26K, unfortunately not in my budget. He provided pricing for making the enclosure a screened in enclosure, again including a roof, and making it 'window ready' in case I wanted to update in the future, this estimate was just under $10K. I noted that I would let him know either way on my decision, if I decided to go with another firm or if I wanted the $10K enclosure from Lifestyles Remodeling, and his response was 'sorry we couldn't do business'. He was very dismissive when he left, since I hadn't committed to anything. Unfortunately, even though I am sure that the quality of materials and work is fine, and it was very possible that I would have come back to them for the screen enclosure (dependent on my other research), I will not be using this company at all because of this salesman's behavior. One last thing, he also misrepresented what was available for reviews on Angie's List. He indicated that there were about 70 'attaboys', so I looked, and I could only find 5, none of which were recent. I found this company on Home Advisor, which is my lesson learned to not rely on those reviews, but to stick with Angie's List.

Lifestyle Remodeling came to our home with samples and portfolio - provided personalized service to help us design and select the colors and materials we wanted for our sunroom. They listened to our questions and concerns. They helped us resolve code enforcement issues left by previous contractors. They pulled all proper permits for the work. They provided excellent customer service - always took our calls and provided prompt and accurate answers to all our questions. They warranty their work for three yea On a more personal note: I have nothing but praises for Lifestyle Remodeling. We have lived in a construction nightmare for two years and were taken advantage of by not one, but two unscrupulous general contractors! This left us 10?s of thousands in the hole and in a tangled up mess with county code enforcement, through no fault of our own. But Lifestyle literally came in and took the burden off our shoulders. They went above and beyond to help us not only resolve the issues with the county, but to get us to a completed, quality sunroom that is exceptional in its look and quality. The room is so professionally constructed and it was a matter of just a few days for installation. The completion schedule was quick and efficient. We opted for the solar windows, which we have also been very pleased with. As thrilled as we are for the room, it has by far been the people and the excellent customer service that sets this company and its staff apart. I am only sorry we didn?t discover them before we embarked on the sunroom addition. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a sunroom addition. The quality and service are worth the price and they will not take advantage of you.

if looking to add on sun room may be right place .if just want screen room VERY high priced

The experience was excellent. They came as defined and completed the work within 2 days. They cleaned up their work areas as well. I was satisfied.

Jeff, who installed my new room, was meticulous. He sometimes worked with a partner and sometimes had to work alone. It rained a lot during his process, and one of the days it rained all day long. From the very 1st contact with this company, it was 1st class. They went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were very satisfied with their work. They were very professional and did exceptional work. I would use them again in a heart beat and highly recommend them.
