Terrible service,I had them do a new drain field and lift station in june 2015 it failed two months later, leaked, there were holes around drain field and lift station , manager told me It rained a lot that month and the system gets overwhelmed, I livedin that house for 20 years and never had that problem before. In 2016 and 2017same problem and same explanation.this year same thing except that the septic tank area has a bigger hole, it turns out that is was broken ( I belive they run over it with the heavy equipment also my driveway got damaged). I have called LETO since july and tell me that they are busy will get back to me in two weeks, its been 4 months and 6 calls, he never call you back. Found another company to replace the septic tank and found out that the lift station had also collapsed.To this day I have not heard from Leto.NOT RECOMMENDED.

We got them through Angie's List. They were marvelous. I can't say enough about them. They were reliable, pleasant guys. They knew what they were doing. We have no complaints. We were glad to find them. We were unhappy with the one we've been using for so many years so we were in the market for a new septic pumper, and these people were wonderful.

Wow! is what I have to say about this company. They were referred by my plumber and he was so right. They did the work exactly like I had asked, I couldn't be at the house when they came but they followed exactly like we had discussed. The original septic tank had been placed right in the middle of my back yard and I was losing all my yard to it. I discussed with Jamie to move it to one end of the lot and there was no problem to do that, I now have almost half the back of the house as yard instead of a septic tank. They also left the site so clean! The general contractor (Michael Willis Residential Contractor who was no longer involve with the project) had left my house filthy dirty for 9 months. Here comes Leto Sanitary, and the back of my house is left just as clean as it was before they came. I will not call anyone but Leto for any future septic needs. They definitely provide me with outstanding service! I moved into the house in September and have not had any issues, extremely happy with their work!

They called themselves to reschedule to the next day saying that someone was out sick, then the next day they said that they would have to cancel and that I should call to reschedule day after or the next day but that I would need to call in my voicemail. I never called to reschedule and I don't know where the guy showed up early and I wasn't prepared to have them clean the grease trap that day I was actually out of town. guy said his wife was sick which I understand can happen but being lied to is not good either or being stood up over and over and then unannounced showing up

Scheduled on a Friday to come out on the following Monday, I talked to them Monday morning to double-check pricing, and then called them at 4pm on Monday afternoon to see if they were still coming (after taking the day off of work to be there to wait). The receptionist told me that they had been trying to call me, but I never answered. I asked what phone number she had (it was wrong), and she told me that I gave her the wrong number (the last digit was wrong). Really? I gave HER the wrong phone number? Professionalism was lacking, she wasn't even remotely concerned, didn't even tell me what they were trying to call me about. She just said that, oh, the driver was done for the day. If I wanted him to still come out, it would be an after-hours charge. Otherwise, they didn't have any availability until the week after Christmas. People, don't waste your time - they're never going to show up because they're lazy. I recommend that Angie's List remove this vendor from their list.

Good service, Good timing, most of it clean

They were very professional and honored my Angie's List coupon from the publication. Their equipment looked sparkling clean. The man who came out knew exactly what he was supposed to do and he went through everything very quickly with no problems.

Tim arrived during the scheduled time. He called 45 mins. prior to his arrival. He was very thorough and explained everything he did. He was very nice and did an excellent job. He is an asset to his Company.

He so meticulous and took his time. Gave me a lot of information, and explained everything that he was doing. He was very punctual. He put the yard back together when he was done. He told me that if I have any problems don’t hesitate to call.

They have done everything they were supposed to do and brought it back to where it was supposed to be.

They did good and kept my yard nice; they did fine and there were no problems. They got here promptly and took care of it; their price was comparable to anyone else. My husband had an issue with something else and had to have them come out a second time but I don't know what it was for.

Fast, friendly, and on time. Will use this company again in the future.

My next door friend had a worker for Leto come to his home for septic tank service, the young man was very kind so I had him come look at my septic tank as well. He was so kind and informed me that I may want to have someone from his company look into replacing my entire septic tank system. I will use Leto and hope the young man does the service in the future when I save the money to have the work completed.

The septic tank was pumped, and they installed a new pump. The new pump was installed using a new connection to an old post. (The original connection was directly to the fuse box). The wiring in the post is in bad shape and the pump reqularly quits. I have repeatedly asked them to fix it and they just ignore. I will never use LETO again.

The work involved a great deal of excavation. Leto Sanitation Service was unable to start right away because of the rains but once it dried out, they were prompt in getting starting. They pulled the permit and did the work professionally and promptly. They were careful about the plants I wanted to keep and even transplanted one for me. I was concerned about the hill it would create in my front yard, however, they did an incredible job of making it look really good. They also responded to any phone calls or questions that I had and were very pleasant to work with.

I asked my plumber (A rated on Angie's list) who they would recommend for septic tank installation. They said Leto's so I went to Leto's office with a copy of my permit. They made a copy of it and emailed me later with a quote. I went back and gave them a 50% deposit. They scheduled the work according to my best time. The crew arrived on time and were very good. They used a laser each step of the way to be 100% accurate. They had to get 3 Health Department inspections so it took three days to complete. During drainfield installation the Leto crew chief noticed a potential problem that the permit didn't show and he advised me about it. We decided to move the drainfield slightly to avoid the problem. The next Health Department inspection went well and the inspector was impressed we caught the potential problem before they did. Although my wife and I aren't thrilled at having a 2½ foot berm outside to look at, the final product looks fine. It is probably we're so used to flat Florida that a hill is an anomaly. Anyway, the crew chief told me all about maintaining the system so I feel confident in having it.

2 years ago 2 techs that came were efficient, professional and did no damage to my yard or concrete border. I was so impressed I recommended them to friends and when I needed another cleanout they were the first to come to mind. This time the lone technician arrived with angry attitude. He immediately told me that he would have a problem because of my landscaping. When I told him it had not been a problem in past he argued with me. He told me I was lying and that if he did the work he could not guarantee he would not damage concrete border around landscaping. I showed him how they had gone about it and he argued that it was not possible to do it the way I was telling him. He accused me of lying or not being there. I should have sent him away right then and there. I asked him to try it my way. He didn't and broke the border, and sloppily replaced the sod. When I went to pay he had wrong amount on bill and I questioned it. He angrily called the office to verify and when told I was right, angrily scribbled the correct amount and shoved the receipt at me. When I called office to complain the young man who answered told me "oh, he is just having a bad day, that's all". No excuses. If you are having a bad day keep it to yourself. I will not use them again and it is a shame because two years ago I called to praise the men who came out and how professional they were.
