+ -1 moreLen was on time, performed all the work other local painters would have performed and also performed the work a carpenter would have had to perform, for thousands less. He used the paint we wanted to use.
Description of Work: Painted the faux brick(stucco)exterior of our house with a roller, as not to paint the grout lines. They painted the overhang, removed and repaired all rotten wood, removed and discard gutters, installed flashing around the fire place, and painted my 16 X 20 shed. They pressure washed and sealed all surfaces before painting.
