The gutters are all clogged I had some one to clean them out , Were loose and weren't tight had a handyman to clean it out but there's a lot to remove .

Review of Leaf Filter Gutter Protection & Single Source Contracted Installer Mr. Samuel Lent of APex Optimal We have been watching the TV commercials and checking out Leaf Filter Gutter Protection for at least two years. The commercials have been good, and the web site presents a logical solution to the problem presented. There are other companies that provide a similar, but not exact, type of protection; however, the warranty both written and stated is not the same. To put it simply, Mr. Brian Knuckles/Commercial Accounts Manager for Leaf Filter of North Florida, LLC said, “the gutter belongs to Leaf Filter” – his meaning if any failure happens to the installed system or the gutter clogs and causes damage, Leaf Filter will fix the problem. So, I invited Mr. Knuckles to our home wherein he first did a walk-around and measurement of our gutter system and then requested to make his required presentation. His presentation was done well and was the standard type of corporate presentation for their product. Then he presented the cost which was higher than I expected. He then applied two discounts which brought the cost to a number that I was willing to discuss with ‘the boss.’ Please note, while the initial cost was presented, that is the only one that is good for a year, the applied discounts require you to sign on the dotted line, which unfortunately is the typical experience we have had with this type of purchase. I did ask for 24-hours to discuss with ‘the boss’ and maintain the discounts, Mr. Knuckles did not say “no” and he did not say “yes” – he paused wherein I was under the impression if I insisted, he would have given me the 24-hours. Thinking of my age and my wife’s current disabilities I changed my request to allow me some time with ‘the boss’ to discuss while he waited either on our lanai or in his truck. My wife and I determined that the cost given the protection being offered, while we believe to be over-priced, eventually will pay for itself and eventually our children. The installation was available the next day; however, that afternoon the weather forecast included severe weather with potential for tornados, so contacted Mr. Knuckles and advised that the installation will not be allowed the next day due to the weather and safety for the installers. Mr. Knuckles had the installation cancelled (we did have severe weather) and set it up for the next week. Mr. Samuel Lent of APex Optimal and a sole source contracted installer for Leaf Filter arrived at 10:00 AM (we requested for the installers to arrive after 9:45 AM due to other commitments), which was honored by Leaf Filter in the scheduling process. To my surprise Mr. Lent was by himself. We did a complete walk-around of the house and while we requested the color “white” to be used he noted that the gutter that runs between our lanai roof and the lanai screen was a deep brown and noted the white would stand out in a negative way and offered to use a bronze metal, which turned out to be perfect! Mr. Lent spent six hours doing the install. One of the issues he ran into was with the lanai gutter in that where he would normally do the attachment to the lanai roof, Mr. Lent advised me that the normal connect could/would invalidate the roof warranty, so he had to use a method and tool that made the connections in a blind spot. To Mr. Lent’s credit and professionalism, he took exceptional care and time in making sure this part of the installation was given the attention it demanded. Mr. Lent stayed on task the entire time, he advised that he eats his lunch as he worked, which he did. Upon completing the installation, he went around the entire house and picked up all the waste material and then went back up on the roof and took birds eye pictures of his work, sixteen in total, to which he sent to me when he got home. Finally, he provided me the warranty, my copy of the contract, and advised a receipt for our payment would be emailed to us the following day – which it was. Mr. Samuel Lent is the consummate professional and demonstrated his skill in doing this install. As well, Mr. Samuel Lent was friendly, customer centered, and all questions that I had were answered.
