Lawn Gators

Jason asked me to text him my address (this was on a Thursday) and he'd be by the next day to give me a monthly quote and to mow the lawn. Friday afternoon came and no show, so I texted again asking when he thought he might be by. No response so I have about an hour and then called...the phone was answered and then hung up on. I tried the text route again and no luck. It's now Saturday afternoon and no contact since he returned my first voicemail wanting to hire him on Thursday.

I would recommend them. They are friendly. They are easy to get a hold of and easy to talk to. They do a good job. They helped fix the problems caused by the previous landscaper which was great. The price was very reasonable.

Generally a lackluster job of maintaining yard, much less than we expected, or thought we had agreed to. Service goes to bi-weekly in winter (at the same price). In the end, we canceled service. After canceling (having paid one month in advance), it was a struggle to get them out to complete that months worth of service.

Their work on the lawn has been superb--always neat and trim, not too short, so that the grass can survive the dry months. The shrub work has deteriorated over the last few months. After 4 requests to remove large shrub leaves growing/blocking our front door, they finally trimmed the bushes. Most of the other shrubs and vines overtaking other plants have not been trimmed.
