Landscape-Fusion

Mike, the owner, was excellent and very easy to work with. He was honest and resolved multiple issues for us. Our backyard turned out amazing. Our experience with the designer, Tim, was below our expectations. We told him our max budget during the initial meeting and were assured that Landscape Fusion could do all the work within our budget. We asked multiple times throughout the design process if we were in budget, and Tim assured us that we were. Then at our final meeting, Tim presented us with a backyard that was DOUBLE our budget. You can imagine how upset we were after months of working with him. Upon our suggestions, not Tim's, we were able to cut the cost by using different materials. When we signed our contract, the accounting department made a major mistake, neglecting to include a major line item into our total. By the time my husband and I were alerted to this error, the work had already started on our backyard. Mike took excellent care of us and made it right, taking a substantial hit on the item that had been omitted from the total. We would only work with Mike going forward as he knows his stuff and is very responsive. We have had minor issues throughout the implementation phase, but Mike has fixed everything. He also went above and beyond by agreeing to perform additional services for a very reasonable hourly rate. We absolutely love the outcome and we highly recommend Mike!

We really loved the owner but the first crew that came to do work wasn't very good. As a result of our feedback and another client's feedback, they made some staffing changes. The service improved a lot but we did have an initial negative experience that was resolved. The owner was great. He came out and met with us a lot and did a lot of things to help with our budget. Mike, the owner, is great and is willing to work with his clients. He gave us some really good alternative ways of how he could arrange our backyard and reuse a lot of the things we already had as well as infusing new things. We really appreciated that consultative approach that he had. He was why we continued to do business. The price was probably a little higher than average. It is higher in our area. It turned out awesome. They did fix what was wrong and made it correct.

I contacted them early November of this year to give me an estimate. I wanted the job done before Christmas. They came out and told me that that they would send me an estimate the next week. He told me right after Thanksgiving he would sent that to me. I did not hear back from him, so I called to follow up. He told me that he had not gotten around to that, he told me he would get back to me within the following week. I told him that was fine as long as he would do the work before Christmas; he said that he would not be able to do that. This company did not follow up with an estimate when they said they would in the correct time frame

Mike came over to look at the property and discuss what we were looking to do. We met with him the next weekend at his office and went over his plan which also included changing the irrigation system to a drip system. LOVED his design - but we decided to go with another company because DH wanted a more natural looking waterfall (Mike's was more contemporary with lighting - I thought it was gorgeous!) and we had second thoughts about installing a drip system in the back yard.
