Description of Work: He missed the first 2 appointments. When he was here I told him that I needed to fix the lock on a door because my kids were getting locked in. He showed me what he had to do, and when he did that we got locked in. He had to come back and fix the door and other things. He called an hour before the appointment and said that he had to reschedule. He never called back. So after I delt with him for two hours and wasted my time.
