Great. The work and service were all quality. Karen, the lead designer, helped us immensely in guiding us to make better choices to enhance the outcome. Dan and his assistants did all the work and paid attention to detail. This is a family-owned company that cares about its customers and doing a good job. My 2 adjoining neighbors have used this company and highly recommend them too.

We remodeled our kitchen completely. we contacted Kitchen bath beyond. Karen Alonso and her husband Danny came out and we explained what we wanted and with Karens knowledge and suggestions we agreed at a plan for the new kitchen.Danny and another employee did all of the demo and all of the cabinet installations. The quality and precision in the way Danny installed the cabinet''s was amazing. His attention to detail was the work of a true professional. The kitchen turned out better than we could ever hae expected, we are so happy with the results. Everything was done on time and cleaned up every day before they left.It could not have been a better experience.

Since KBB did such an outstanding job with our guest bathroom, we hired them to do our Master bathroom. Everything went very smooth with no problems or complications. We were always able to make contact with them if we had any questions or concerns. They were professional at all times. Working with Karen and Danny and their team of 3 guys was a very good experience. I would highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again in the future.

Our experience with KItchen, Bath and Beyond far exceeded our expectations. Karen Alonso not only gave us a free estimate when we first met with her, but provided us with many suggestions and ideas for improving the bathroom. We were quite impressed with her experience and knowledge. Once her team started the job, we were further impressed as they worked diligently to complete the job and the quality of work was excellent. The guys were hard workers and always cleaned up everyday prior to leaving. Karen's husband Danny, would check in on his team to ensure construction was going as planned. In addition, he would work along side of them when needed. Karen and Danny met our expectations in providing us with an updated and much improved guest bathroom.

Had to call a couple of times to finally get someone to call me back. Finally set an appointment and they came out and reviewed our kitchen, discussed options, took measurements etc. Was told they would provide an estimate within a week. To this day, have not recieved as much as a phone call back, so they never provided an estimate. Guess they didnt need the business. Gave my business to someone else.

Easy to work with, had a large granite selection to choose from and offered very useful suggestions on material as well as sinks, faucets. Karen and/or Danny came out several times to look at the scope of the work and to check on the progress of the workers. The dates and timelines they gave us were met or exceeded. Their guys worked quickly and kept the area very clean and neat. They came back immediately as requested for touchups and again were always punctual. We would highly recommend this company.

Karen and Danny Alonso took a personal interest in all aspects of the project, and provided superb, professional advice and service. Both Karen and Danny visited the job site numerous times at regular intervals during the project to inspect the work and make certain the work was being performed in a quality manner and our requirements were being met. The work crews were friendly, clean, efficient, and professional. After each day's work, the crew cleaned up their work area. When I called the company office or emailed Karen or Danny to ask questions or obtain a status, I received responses within a reasonable amount of time. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of workmanship, project management, and professional performance by the entire Kitchen Bath and Beyond team. We would and have recommended Kitchen Bath and Beyond to our neighbors and friends.

Karen spent a lot of time upfront explaining everything and the project went as planned, even given unforseen problems with the underlying construction. All workers were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

The "designer" gave me every excuse imaginable of why I should not use their company or even show interest in scheduling an appointment with me. "We are all booked". She also said "we only make high quality products, if you are looking for something cheap, we are not the company to go with". I did not tell her what my budget was but I did say "full kitchen remodel", now does that sound "cheap" to you? How presumptuous of her. I told her we were not in any hurry and asked if we could schedule an appointment (I was anxious to get more price quotes and ideas from various companies) so I asked about scheduling an appointment. She said "I see you wrote on here 'evenings', we can't have someone at your house at 10 o'clock at night". I said evenings, I did not give a time. Listen, if it takes someone 3 hours to give me an estimate on a kitchen remodel, who's time is being wasted here??? Your time is NOT more valuable than mine, I can tell you that. Last but not least, after feeling like I was trying to make an impossible reservation at a 5 star hotel, I said "never mind, I guess we will call back when more time and availability is allowed". "ok, no problem"! No loss for her. Business must be really, really good. So good, that this classy company wouldn't give this "peasant"of a girl the time of day. They advertise the consultation is a free service, guess you get what you pay for...which is nothing. Responsiveness and professionalism were a fail, it took her 4 days to call me and the professionalism speaks for itself. Then I started to think about Angie's list and my brand new shiny membership that I just paid for. If these companies are getting so much business that I cannot even book a simple appointment or get treated like trash trying to do so, what have I just got myself into?

Done in 2 days. No issues.

Everything came out perfectly, no problems whatsoever.

Had some products I was interested in (grout cleaner, stainless-steel cleaner). Checked on a product I had seen once long ago (soda can cover once pop-top had been opened -- didn't have; wasn't aware of its existence anymore, but they checked). I was satisfied with the service of the salespeople.

I am totally happy with the work that was done. On top of an excellent job, the professionalism and knowledge of Danny and Karen were outstanding. I had read the reviews on Angie's List, plus talked to one of their previous customers. I felt very comfortable leaving a key with them so they could come and go as needed without me being home! Each day when I came home they had left a clean space and I looked forward to see their progress. The quality of the work is excellent and they were very interested in making sure I was happy and satisfied. Karen is an excellent designer and her recommendations are great. I have already recommended them to friends and colleagues. They will be the first company I think of for any future work!! Linda C.

I could not be happier with the work that was done. Exceptional customer service, outstanding work, highly dependable and reliable, and very responsive and customer focused. Whenever I had a question- they responded quickly and professionally. This company is highly trustworthy and they do superb work. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about the company and the work they do. Very high quality work and outstanding customer service. Karen is a fabulous designer and is very responsive. I used this company once before 3 years ago and was so impressed with the quality, integrity, craftsmanship, and honesty that I had them come back and do 2 more baths. You can trust them to be in your house and to do outstanding work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to re-model a bathroom. I still love the bathroom they re-modeled for us 3 years ago and I love this one they just completed as well.

Our first good impression was our visit to their showoom where we were introduced to Karen, the owner and primary designer. We were shown around their showroom where all but plumbing and electrical is done in house. Karen then visted our home, photographed and measuedt he existing bathroom and had a lengthy discussion wih us about our needs and wants. Our next appoinmtment with her was at the showroom. Karen had obviously taken note of our color schemes and when we arrived she had already selected a palate of tile (floor,shower and bath) vanaties and counter tops, which with minor adjustements suited us to a T. The estimate she prepared at this time was satisfactory and construction was to begin 6/24/13 and be completed on or before 8/6/13. The remodel consisted of - removing wallpaper, dismanetelling shower,sinks, countertops, comode area, lights fans, finishing walls to match rest of house, painting and rebuilding vanity and master shower. Karen accompanied the two installers who would be doing the complete job. They arrived exactly at the shceduled time, explained how the job would be done and they immediately began work. The installers were extremely dilligent, and arrived on time daily and worked full days. They protected the walk through areas very well and cleaned up each day upon completion of the day's work. Their work was exemplary and meticulous, they were obviously proud of their workmanship. The work was completed three days proior to the estimated date, which inclluded a frame-less shower enclosue. We would not hesitate to work with this good company again.

Disappointment in the fact that there was never any follow up contact after the meeting at her office.

They built everything themselves, including two walk in closets, they used tile and granite, etc. We had been remodeling our home bit by bit, and when we hired them the got right to it. When they said they were coming, they showed up. They were courteous. They would answer our phone calls anytime we needed. Every night they left they cleaned up, the vacuumed, and dusted. They were amazing.

Provider took down wrong phone number, which we found out after not having heard from them for over a week. When we did get a hold of them, they said they couldn't schedule someone to stop by for an estimate for three weeks out. We figured if this is how they are during the upfront sales process, we didn't want to deal with them for the actual reconstruction.

Even though we got a later start than expected, (due mostly to our schedule changes), they were professional, courteous and did quality work. We are very satisfied with the job they did and are enjoying our new kitchen.

My 20+ year old kitchen desperately needed a makeover. I wasn't sure what I wanted but Kitchen Bath & Beyond came up with the perfect design. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. The workers arrived every day as scheduled. They were very professional, courteous and cleaned up everyday before they left. I could not be more pleased with everything that was done. The attention to detail is amazing. They even finished the job ahead of schedule. I hope to call them again in a few months to redo my bathroom. Thank you Kitchen Bath & Beyond!!!

Everything was just as Danny and Karen described, on time and on budget! The crew did a professional and quality job! I am thrilled with the results, and all of my neighbors are impressed. I visited a friend last week, and after telling her about my new kitchen she said, "You have not had one bad thing to say about your kitchen or the process." And I still don't! Karen advised and guided me in choosing all of the fine details, and I have a wonderful kitchen that works as beautifully as it looks!

The representative was very responsive initially. Of the three providers I had out to provide estimates for my two bathrooms, however, she was the only one who disappointed me. She seemed somewhat disinterested in the project upon arrival and continued to focus on providing her design ideas rather than accepting the fact that I primarily needed a contractor with minimal design assistance. While I received a card thanking me for the visit, I never heard back on the estimate. I was fine with this as I had no intention of going with Kitchen Bath & Beyond since they clearly were not understanding of what I was wanting.
