+ -1 moreKirby Appraisal Group is a very professional business, with polite employees. They respond quickly to your needs, and try extra hard to turnover the report within 24-48 hours after inspection. There rates seem to be competitive with other appraisal companies at $375 for single family homes.
Description of Work: This company was very thorough, and detail oriented. They arrived when scheduled, and return the report very quickly. They explained the comparative properties that were used and why. The final appraisal report was well written, and easy to understand. As a mortgage company we have used this business on a consistent basis for several years, and will continue to in the future.
