I can only speak about one agent in the group, Beth Ann Ackerman. I did not work with others in the group, so cannot speak about the group in genera. In selling two houses in Iowa and buying one in Florida, we got to deal with about a dozen agents. Beth Ann Ackerman was, by far, the worst of the bunch. Duplicitous, devious and sneaky, she lied to us at least twelve times in less than a week, often when the truth would have served her better. Her client (or their agent) broke a part to the pool pump between our inspection and final walkthrough. She promised it would be fixed on multiple occasions, even putting that promise in writing. Once she got our check, however, she became distant and duplicitous. She lied to us on multiple occasions, claiming the pool was fixed and cleaned no fewer than twenty times when no one had been there and nothing had been done. We were standing beside the pool and could see with our own eyes that it was filled with grass and dirt, non-functional (it was pristine when we did the inspection and filthy at the walkthrough; not working). Every day, she would claim her pool guy had been there and fixed/cleaned it, even though we were there and knew he never showed up. We later discovered that when the part was broken, she had instructed him to "fix it with duct tape and glue, just so it holds together for a day or two." Finally, we fixed it ourselves and sent her the less than $200 bill, she refused to even answer our real estate agent's calls, despite the fact that she had promised, in writing, that she would see this finished and fixed. She behaved like a skunk in human form, and I wouldn't refer her to anyone I didn't hate. There are many good real estate agents in this area; avoid this one.

Their commission is average with everybody else. It is very competitive.
