KB Factory Outlet

I am guessing if there is no issues KB factory is okay place to use. There prices are good and they have a decent selection of materials. Only problem is if you run into any issues there customer services is lacking. I was shown a piece of quartz they said they had in stock. They told me 2 weeks from the day I put my deposit down until install. When week 3 came around and they didn't try to contact me with a status. I had to call them and there phone would go right to voicemail. Then I would get a text back saying they are on the phone and to please call some other number. I would call that number and it would go to voicemail. I would get a text back saying we are still waiting for material or some other excuse. It took almost 5 weeks to get it installed and if I didn't drive down to there office to solve a issue that could have been solved over the phone it would have taken even longer. Even after they installed it they cut a piece wrong and said they would be back to put the correct piece in. The installers left and did not give me any information. I heard nothing back the next day and then had to TEXT 2 people at KB to find out. Then on the second day with no response they said they might be able to get someone out in a few days. They could not give me a solid date, I had to drive back to there location and pick up the piece myself and install it. This place is poorly ran and should understand good communication goes a long a way. There are many granite/quartz installers in Tampa. I suggest you look somewhere else cause their prices are not THAT good to deal with the headache.

purchased in good faith a granite according to salesman Mike S. what i needed and expected a yellow granite but the day of installation came after 6 attempts. delivered the wrong brown granite and late in the evening.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! It took them 6 months to complete the job. They continuously made appointments with me, then simply did not show up. They installed cabinets with broken doors. They made excuse after excuse. they repeatedly were caught lying to us. They made huge mistakes in their measuring, which caused delay. They ruined a brand new refrigerator. Broke my brand new sink. They failed their inspection 3 times electrically. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Our experience with K.B Factory Outlet was Awesome! We fell in love with the Fantasy Brown Leathered Counter top on display in the show room. We went to five other granite places in Tampa Bay Area. Not only did we not find anything we liked better, but also didn't find one with better customer service. From our meeting with Thomas, We love our Counter tops in our kitchen and both bathrooms!
