DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THIS BUILDER!! Some of the following problems: 1) Cracked exterior stucco 2) Cracked cheap tile 3) Roof Vent in bathroom missing 4) Bathrooms flat paint promoting moisture and mold instead of semi-gloss 5) Bump in drywall staircase 6) Floor uneven along slide doors 7) Crooked baseboard 8) Kitchen cabinets shelving short 9) GE appliances awful: dishwasher not clean, dryer timer not work. 10) Driveway concrete poor quality and stained 11) Poor insulation since no sound barrier from outside noise 12) Slide doors poor quality 13) Cheap windows 14) Garage extreme heat without proper vent fan system 15) Home owner association against additional landscaping 16) Home owner association not keep up entrance sign with proper paint 17) Breakfast bar short on granite for proper seating 18) Electrical system keeps tripping 19) No electrical box was put in the dining room ceiling 20) A/C Amana system and flexible duct system poor in cooling all areas of house t

Do not buy from this unethical company who has sent me a letter from their attorney to stop discussing problems with home to future homeowners in the Parsons Woods subdivision. I have had more problems in this new house than I did in 21 years with other houses. This week I had plumbers, air conditioning and window contractors deal with awful and cheap built home. Here are a few of the many problems: air conditioner does not cool entire house evenly, cheap flexible duct work, no vent was put in the master bath for toilet and sink. sliding glass doors put in uneven with trip hazard at threshold, slide door has gap with water and bugs entering house, kitchen faucet not aligned correctly with sink, garage extreme heat due to no ventilation, door knobs have fallen off, cheap carpet, dryer and dish washer do not work properly, grout not sealed, pavers not sealed, concrete stains too easily, toilets too short for tall people, uneven baseboards, low water flow to master shower, lengthy time to get hot water to kitchen sink, no gutter system which causes water hazards around house especially by front door, and................................list goes on and on!! I was not disclosed that the house was opted out at closing due to problems found by the previous buyers
