John scheduled a time to come out when I initially called. He said he would call to confirm the night before, which he did. On the day the work was to be done he showed up on time. I thought the quote was very reasonable and he even cut the tree into pieces for firewood at no additional charge. The work was performed very quickly and the worksite left clean. Great customer service!

Though it was a hot day and the position of some of the trees provided a challenge, the work was done in an unexpected timely manner. The quality was excellent with no after inspection work needed. I was given a generous Angie's List discount. However, next time I will request a better, per tree breakdown of cost. I will use them next year.

John was prompt with a return call for an estimate. When he came to give the estimate we took a look at all the trees and he gave recommendations and suggestion options for trimming each tree. When he was working on one of the trees he asked for my opinion on what we wanted the tree to end up looking like. His work was done promptly and he and his employee cleaned and hauled all trimmings away.

John called back the same day and was at the house 2 days later. He came to give us an estimate but was ready to do the work as well. We accepted his price and he was done in no time. He made sure to clean up all of the debris and even had me ask our neighbor to move her car just in case any branches went outside of our yard. He gave us an Angie's List discount off of the quoted price. We'll definitely use him again.

They did exactly what they said, they were timely and the price was right. They were very professional.

This is the second time we have used John's services. Again, a very pleasant and efficient job. His workers are skilled and experienced. John supervises closely and is generous with small extras that may crop up. He was able to give us excellent advice on what kind of trimming would benefit our other (many) trees next time. We are very pleased with his service.

Took care of big tree (for 1/3 of what others had quoted)with no damage to plants around tree and meticulous clean-up. He closely supervised all the work. Very professional but easy-going and pleasant to deal with. This work was perfomed in April 2006. We are about to call on him again for further tree service. We highly recommend his service.

John (owner) got the job done quick with quality. The price is straight and fair. It is just that simple. I would recommend him and I will have him handle all my future tree services.

They did a very good job with what they did. I just wish they would have called first so I could have explained that the root also went behind the fence. I have a gate at the fence. All they had to do was go behind the fence and look. It was obvious the root extended behind the fence.

JOHN AND HIS CREW HAD DONE WORK FOR US FIVE YEARS AGO. HIS ESTIMATE/WORK WAS LESS THAN THAT TIME BECAUSE HE SAID THE TREES DID NOT NEED AS MUCH WORK. HE IS A PERSONABLE FELLOW WHO REALLY GIVES GOOD DEALS, IS LICENSED AND INSURED.
