Professional, friendly couple. Gave a great price! Crew showed up on time also very polite and professional. Cleaned up everything, and a plant was temporarily moved and put back after done. These are people you want doing a job on your Property!!!! Thanks to all of you

Joe and Tami came together to walk around our property, noting the large limb which was close to touching our home, as well as the three other live oaks which needed thinning (to clean up and trim to encourage growth UP). The spent about 20 minutes on the estimate, and promised to come back within 2 weeks to finish (would need the cherry-picker truck). They called 4 days later when another customer cancelled, and they were back within the hour. A crew of 5 arrived (including Joe), and it took about 3-1/2 hours to remove the large limb and trim the others, including clean-up. Having used them before, once again, everything went smoothly.

Joe and Tammy were great. I have hired them twice this year to remove tree's at my elderly parents house. He was out most recently in the last two weeks to clean up Hurricane Irma damage. Joe removed two trees that were down due to the storm and two others that were damaged and threats to their house. He told me up front he was very busy as expected with the storm damage but that he would get to us as soon as he could, which was in just a few days. Joe was hired by a couple of neighbors after they saw the work he performed at my parents house. I have never had a problem getting a hold of them and have always had my calls returned by him or Tammy.

I hired this service to cut down a tree and grind the stump. The grinding left a HUGE mound of mulch and dirt. It took me a few months to clean up the area and spread the mulch. When it came time to dig for a drain, I noticed the stump was at ground level, NOT 12" below ground like they had explained to me. I contacted them about the issue and Tammie said 'they would get me on the books this week' after I sent her the pictures below. Needless to say, it's almost 2 months since she told me that and now they don't return my texts or voicemails. At this point, my project cannot be hung up any longer and I'll need to hire another company to finish the job. Be very wary when dealing with this company.

Work was good but I would be sure I was home when they come the next time to make sure everything gets done. The palm tree that had fallen into my neighbors yard did not get removed on first visit, so I had to call a couple time to have them return and remove it. Also, they left a few of the smaller branches they had removed from trees on the ground that I had to clean up. Overall, they did a good job and I would hire again.

He has not only taken care of the simple things. We had a couple of very large trees and it was a work of art to watch him take them down. They were all old oaks and he had to take them down. It was a sad day but just watching him do that huge job, he did a great job. He cleaned up, took care of us as well as just getting the stuff away. It was a dangerous thing.

I hired this company in 2012 for stump grinding. I was very happy with the services and price at that time. In November 2016, I called them again, since I am returning customer, and spoke with Tammy on the phone. She asked me for my address and told me will call me back to schedule appointment. Never heard from this company again. I believe the proper way to do business is to let your client know if you are not able to come or if you are not able to do the job at all. Very disappointing. I usually do not leave bad reviews. Only good ones. But I am getting sick of dealing with dishonest people.

Don't bother. If they get busy they will never return the call. After coming out and giving me a written price, which we agreed on, they did not return calls for me to actually come and do the job. But they did me a favor: I got another company that was closer -- that may be the thing -- and it was even less, $100 less and he did a fabulous job. I have my privacy fence up and the other chain link. Looks great. I think this company is rather new, is from a county north of me and though they say they cover Tampa, they do not. That is dishonest.

Excellent job. Very reasonably priced. We have used them before and will use them again to maintain our property and its numerous trees.

We had used Joe previously to remove a rotting laurel oak at our home so when a very tall pine tree appeared to have died we called him first. How wife Tammy did the estimate and he and his crew showed up promptly at 8:30am as agreed. He climbed to the top himself and with the help of his crew slowly cut off each rotting limb and then carefully notching it, felled it and then cut it into 2 foot sections. He has his own chipper, and after he thinned the two oak trees we requested, chipped and cleaned everything as well as stump ground where the pine once stood. Total time was a little over 3 hours. Safe and effective.

The provider rang my door bell on a Sunday asking if his company could trim my trees that were in my front yard. At first I was reluctant as he did not portray a very professional company (rented truck and trailer). I was also concerned if his company was bonded and insured. I said no at first but after researching his company on the web, I negotiated a price and he agreed to perform the work. The work was done as agreed and I feel the price was fair (probably a couple hundred less than I would have paid for a more professional company).

Prompt and professional regarding estimate. Called back timely when messages were left. Work was performed as agreed. Delays occurred regarding weather and other events. Clean-up was excellent.Trees look great.

Joe was there to supervise the work and his crew did a professional job and cleaned up all the debris.

The job took about 6 hours. The work crew impressed us with their carefulness and skill. They were pleasant, worked well together, and did a great job of cleaning up as they went along. Joe monitored their work as the job progressed and the men seemed to have a sense of respect toward him. We are happy to recommend Joe's Tree Service with confidence that he will do a good job. You can trust him.

Joe and his crew turned up in the time frame given and completed the job as specified.I thought the price was more than fair having used another company previously.I would definitely hire company again.

We are doing a pool remodel and intend to re-landscape in the Spring. Needed to get old overgrown shrubs which had turned into small trees out of the way of the pool. Saw that Joe's had gotten good reviews and was nearby. Called him on Monday to come give me a quote. He arrived on time Tuesday morning, walked around the entire yard with me discussing what I wanted to do now and discussed ideas and timing for the re-landscaping in the Spring. He took good notes, read back to me everything I had asked to be done, and provided a quote on the spot. When he agreed to do the work on Thursday, I agreed to the quote. He and a crew of six showed up bright and early Thursday morning and worked non-stop for three hours. I asked if he could haul off the rotten landscape timbers that had to be removed to get the stump grinder in close to ensure that they got all of the stumps out. He agreed for another $50 which was more than fair given the alternative of me cutting them up and hauling them off in the back of an SUV. It's as if the Jolly Green Giant plucked the offensive bushes out and covered up the holes. Looks like there was never anything there. Trim job for all of the trees and remaining shrubs made them look so much better. Clean up was immaculate. Added a cash tip to buy his crew lunch - they worked hard. I will seriously consider Joe's for my re-landscaping project in the Spring (new sod front and back, re landscape the front yard and around the pool enclosure).

We've used him before. The tree was close to the house and about to damage the house. He comes out right when you call and he is very thorough.

They were knowledgeable, courteous,and reasonably priced. I had used them before and will use them next time. FYI- I did get another estimate from someone else and it was at least twice as much as what I paid. Use this company! You won't be sorry.

Not very satisfied. I would have appreciated a return phone call.

They are wonderful! He has taken out trees, ground stumps, trimmed trees, trimmed a large limb hanging over our roof. He's taken out debri when we have trimmed other things. The last bad storm we had he cleaned up the yard. Price reflects taking out an oak tree, grinding stump.

Joe's Tree Service does a great job and I will continue to use them. Tammy's diligence in noticing the broken limb is much appreciated and may have prevented damage.

It took him about two weeks to come out and he advised I no longer need the cable. He advised he would come back in two or three days to take it down when he had his ladder, but he has never returned. It has been at least three weeks and I will not call him again.

They did a pretty good job on the work that was performed. The challenge with this company is getting them to keep their promises. I verbally had Tammy agree to trim all of my trees for the agreed price. However, when they were on site, she said that we had never specifically discussed my largest tree and that it was not on her very cryptic estimate sheet. Tammy also assured us that if she was paid when she felt like the work was complete that she would promptly return to address any remaining items that I considered necessary to complete the work. Like dummies, we gave her the money before my inspection. They left some very noticeable limbs hanging down into two of our neighbors' yards. It's been two weeks and we've left countless messages on all of their contact phone numbers and the email address on their website - not a work from Tammy or Joe. It's as if they dropped off the face of the earth. I will avoid this company in the future and recommend you do the same.

The guys he has working for him are great. They cleaned up well and did not mess up any of my plants. They responded in a reasonable amount of time and showed up on time for the appointment. I would definitely use them again.
