Description of Work: When cutting down a tree in my neighbors yard that had been struck by lightning, an 8' live oak was destroyed in my yard. Within 48 hours, Joe's had replaced the tree. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend their services to others.

Description of Work: THE FIRST JOB THEY DID WAS TO TRIM TWO RATHER LARGE OAK TREES IN WHICH THEY DID A GOOD JOB. HOWEVER, A FEW WEEKS LATER I CALLED FOR A AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR A SECOND JOB, SOMEWHAT SMALLER AND JOHN CAME OUT AND DID SO. I WAS TOLD THE JOB WOULD BE DONE AROUND THE 12TH OR 13TH. ON THE 20TH I CALLED TAMMY TO ASK WHY THE JOB HAD NOT BEEN DONE AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD GET BACK TO ME. SHE DID NOT. THEN ON THE 27TH JOHN CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE ON THE WAY TO DO THE JOB, WELL BY THEN I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN GIVING THEM BUSINESS. THEY NEEDED TO COMMUNICATE BETTER AND THAT WAS MY BIGGEST ''BEEF''.

I WENT WITH THE OTHER COMPANY ONLY BECAUSE THEY WERE MORE LOCAL AND SEEMED TO BE EVEN MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT MY PARTICULAR TREE SITUATION. I WOULD USE JOE WITHOUT HESITATION IF THE OTHER COMPANY WERE NOT AVAILABLE.

Description of Work: THREE MEDIUM TO LARGE OAK TREES HAD NOT BEEN TRIMMED IN OVER 10 YEARS. THEY HAD A LOT OF DEADWOOD AND BRANCHES WERE HITTING THE ROOF. TREES NEED TO BE LIFTED UP, CLEANED OUT AND UNNECESSARY BRANCHES ELIMINATED.
